Location-wise, you’re about a 15-minute tram ride from Leipzig’s center, which honestly felt perfect. Close enough that you’re not spending your whole day commuting, but far enough out that you can walk to the local Edeka for groceries without fighting through crowds of other travelers doing the exact same thing. The S-Bahn connections are solid too – if you’re planning day trips to Dresden or want to explore more of Saxony, you won’t be stuck. Parking was surprisingly painless for Germany (there’s actually space on the street most times), and the neighborhood stays pretty quiet after 9 PM, which I appreciated after long days of sightseeing. The 8.7 rating makes sense when you add it all up – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Leipzig, but everything just… works.   Mir hat alles gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. In der Nähe befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, von der aus man bequem ins Stadtzentrum und zum Bahnhof gelangt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Ich werde sie meinen Freunden empfehlen!

  房间很漂亮，又漂亮又干净。暖气很暖和。卧室有一张双人床和婴儿床，客厅有2张沙发床，感觉够住4个人。离morken火车站和电车站都很近，出行很方便。

  Die Lage ist optimal, um Leipzig und Umgebung per ÖPNV zu erkunden. Auch mit dem Fahrrad kommt man gut in andere Stadtteile.

  Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der gleich geholfen hat, als ich ein Problem hatte. Insgesamt schöne Wohnung, toller Balkon und sogar zusätzliche Decken vorhanden sowie ein Kaffeevollautomat inklusive Bohnen. Außerdem gut gelegen (Supermärkte in in Laufweite, gute Anbindung an ÖPNV).
