The apartment itself feels properly lived-in without being worn down – two solid bedrooms, and honestly, the kitchen setup is better than what I have at home. They’ve got this weird little breakfast nook that faces the water, and I probably spent way too much time there just… existing. The whole place has decent soundproofing too, which matters because Leipzig can get surprisingly noisy, especially during trade fair season when everyone’s buzzing around the city.

Here’s the thing though – and this is coming from someone who’s picky about these details – the location actually works better than you’d expect for getting around. Sure, you’re not stumbling distance from the Markt, but the S-Bahn connections are solid, and there’s something to be said for ending your day somewhere that feels like a neighborhood instead of a tourist zone. Plus, parking isn’t the nightmare it can be closer to the Altstadt. I mean, you’re still in Leipzig so it’s not exactly spacious, but you’re not circling blocks for twenty minutes either. The whole experience just felt… comfortable, I guess? Like staying at a friend’s place who happens to have really good taste and a killer view. At that rating level, you kind of expect everything to work smoothly, and it does – but more importantly, it actually feels like Leipzig instead of some generic city apartment that could be anywhere.

  reichlich Platz als Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen, super ruhige Lage mit Blick aufs Wasser, Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus
  
  What could be improved: Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr, Gläsern und Besteck reicht nicht eimal in allen Teilen für 4 Personen.
  Ein Duschtuch wäre wünschenswert. Die Beleuchtung im Bad ist schummrig und die Badewanne war nicht sauber.
