There’s a lovely park right nearby (hence the name, I suppose), and I found myself taking morning walks there more often than I expected. The area has that quiet residential vibe where you can actually hear birds in the morning instead of traffic.

The room — well, it’s more like having your own little place really — feels thoughtfully put together without being fussy about it. What struck me most was how much natural light floods in, and the kitchen setup is genuinely useful if you want to grab groceries and make breakfast instead of eating out every meal. I mean, the local bakeries are tempting, but sometimes you just want coffee the way you like it, you know? The space feels lived-in rather than sterile, which I appreciated after staying in too many cookie-cutter hotel rooms.

  Die Wohnung liegt super ruhig und man ist trotzdem in 30 Minuten in der Stadt mit den Öffis. Die Ausstattung ist super. Wirklich alles da, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt bräuchte. Die Besitzer sind freundlich und man ist wirklich ungestört.
  
  What could be improved: Uns hat alles gefallen. Wir hatten keine Handtücher mit, die konnten wir aber problemlos bekommen. Sie waren wohl nicht Teil des Wäschepakets (die Betten waren bezogen). Aber das kann daran liegen, dass ich das überlesen habe.
  Nir als Hinweis, falls es anderen ebenso geht.

  Die FeWo ist einfach top: Gemütlich, schön, praktisch, gut und ruhig gelegen, kurzum alles was man braucht 🙂
  Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne mal wieder.

  Gute Lage für einen Stadtbesuch, da die Straßenbahn ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegt und man trotzdem ruhig wohnt. Modern eingerichtetes, geräumiges Dachgeschoss mit guten Betten und Dachbalkon zum Garten. Es ist alles Nötige und mehr da, umfangreiche Ausstattung Moderne, ebenerdige Dusche. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, das Haus ist gepflegt. Freundliche Gastgeber wohnen unten im Haus, sie sind hilfsbereit und zurückhaltend. Kostenlose Parkplätze am Straßenrand. Wir kennen viele Ferienwohnungen, diese fanden wir spitze.

  Sehr nette Eigentümer. Es war alles super in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist auch ideal. Leipzig Zentrum ist mit der Straßenbahn super zu erreichen. Die Haltestelle war 3min Fußweg entfernt. Ein großer Globus, wo man alles zur Verpflegung etc. brauch, ist mit dem Auto 10min ungefähr entfernt. Und zu den Seen ist es auch nicht weit. Cospudener See hat uns persönlich am besten gefallen. Markleeberger See weniger, da er genau an der Stadt dran liegt. Ist aber denke ich mal Ansichtssache und an welcher Stelle man war. Das Wasser war auf jeden Fall überall glasklar. Alles zusammen. Für ein paar Tage Urlaub, war es aus unserer Sicht perfekt.

  Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig, mit Bahn und Bus fast vor der Haustür kommt man überallhin. Die netten Vermieter sind vor Ort, man kann sie jederzeit ansprechen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Auch an Kleinkinder wurde gedacht (Stuhl, Bett, Kindersicherung Steckdosen, Spielzeug….). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

  Très grand appartement qui convient pour 4 personnes, très propre, très confortable et très bien équipé, super pratique pour aller au stade de Leipzig ou visiter la ville. Le prix était vraiment correct pour l’appartement.
  
  What could be improved: Juste le fait que ça soit un peu excentré du centre de Leipzig (30 min tram) mais nous le savions, et le tram est à 1 minute de la maison 🙂
