  What could be improved: There is only a thin, net curtain in the bedroom which does little to stop light. Personally, I would have preferred some form of blackout blind/curtain.

  It is a great combo. Excellent location: 2 mins to train that takes you to the heart of the city – Markt – in 15 mins. Stop for tram – 6 mins. We found music in many places in the city and we enjoyed that. When you get back home after the day in the city – you have all amenities you need.
  We got sunny days and warm evenings as an extra bonus. 😉 We liked it all and recommmend! 🙂

  Beautiful and super clean little flat with everything you need even if you would stay for a longer period. Comes with your own parking spot and a love for detail in the flat. Nice area with public transport just around the corner but you can also walk into the city (~3km).
