The Täubchenweg area has this residential vibe where you’ll see locals heading to work or walking their dogs, which gives you a much more authentic feel for how people actually live in Leipzig.

Honestly, the 10 rating makes sense when you consider what you’re getting for a 3-star place. Sure, it’s not going to have a concierge or room service, but that’s not what this is about. This is about having a genuine base in Leipzig that feels like home – you can grab groceries nearby, there’s probably decent parking (always a relief in German cities), and you’re positioned perfectly to explore without being right in the tourist crush. I actually preferred being in this quieter neighborhood because you get to see Leipzig beyond just the main squares and tourist restaurants. The whole setup just works, especially if you’re planning to stay more than a night or two and want to settle in properly rather than just crash between sightseeing marathons.

  Ich habe mit meinen beiden Kindern zwei Tage in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht und ich bin sehr begeistert. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur super gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet, sondern auch sehr durchdacht und voll ausgestattet.
  
  Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind mir die bequemen Boxspringbetten, in denen wir alle drei sehr gut geschlafen haben. Die Kinder haben den großen Fernseher geliebt!
  
  Außerdem ist ein hochwertiger Waschtrockner vorhanden, was mit Kindern ein riesiger Vorteil ist.
  
  Die Lage war für uns ideal, weil wir das Stadtzentrum sogar zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind aber auch um die Ecke.
  
  Ein Bäcker im Haus und ein hochwertiger Bio-Supermarkt direkt gegenüber macht die Lage für Familien besonders einzigartig.
  
  Unser Aufenthalt war einfach super entspannt und ich kann das Apartment wärmstens empfehlen.

  Die ausgesprochen gemütliche Wohnung hat uns richtig begeistert. Die Ausstattung ist top – von der komplett eingerichteten Küche bis hin zu liebevollen Details. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber, modern und gleichzeitig funktional eingerichtet. Die Lage am Park ist ein schöner Bonus. Perfekt für alle, die sich wie zu Hause fühlen wollen – klare Empfehlung!”
