The S-Bahn connection into central Leipzig is straightforward enough (about 15 minutes if you time it right), but honestly? I found myself exploring the local area more than I expected. There’s this whole network of cycling paths that connect to the larger Leipzig trail system, and the nearby Parthenaue landscape is surprisingly beautiful if you’re into that sort of thing. The guaranteed parking spot – which comes with each apartment – might not sound exciting until you’ve spent an hour circling blocks in most German cities looking for a space.

The 9.5 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s not trying to be fancy or impress anyone – the furnishings are modern but comfortable, everything works properly (shocking how rare this is), and the whole setup just feels thoughtfully put together. I mean, there are proper kitchen facilities, decent WiFi, and enough space to actually unpack your clothes instead of living out of a suitcase. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that awkward lobby hovering while they find your reservation. If you’re the type of traveler who values having your own space over hotel amenities you’ll never use, and you don’t mind being a short train ride from Leipzig’s main attractions, this place delivers exactly what it promises without any unnecessary fuss.

• Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Super, selbst zur Messezeit – Cindy from Switzerland – 3 April 2025 (10/10)

  Das Einchecken verlief schnell und die Tage konnten sehr anonym gestaltet werden. Man ist wenig mit den anderen Gästen in Kontakt gekommen was ich sehr Schätze. Autos können direkt am Apartment geparkt werden, was ein langes lästiges Kofferschleppen erspart.
  
  What could be improved: Wir waren zu dritt und die Badtür ist nicht besonders schalldicht und konnte ebenfalls nicht abgeschlossen werden. Das macht einen komfortablen WC Gang teilweise schwierig.

  Wir waren im Winter über Silvester da. Dank kleiner Räume und Heizung schnell schön warm. 🙂 Gemütliches Apartment mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. An Kochutensilien war das Wichtigste vorhanden, um einfache Gerichte zu kochen. Super war, dass es Gewürze, Kaffee, Tee, Essig und Öl gab, also die Basics zum Kochen. Ruhige Gegend am Rand von Leipzig. Zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten bis zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Mit dem Auto kurze Wege zu Supermärkten, Rossmann, Völkerschlachtdenkmal, Eishalle, Panometer und Gastronomie. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Für uns als Paar gute Größe. Der Check-In mit Schlüsselsafe funktionierte gut.
  
  What could be improved: Nur eine Idee: Vielleicht könnte man an der Unterseite des Küchenschranks eine LED-Leuchte anbringen, damit die Arbeitsfläche besser ausgeleuchtet wird. Aber das ist "Jammern auf hohem Niveau".

  Wir waren wegen eines Trauerfalles für längere Zeit in Leipzig. Es war sehr angenehm Platz und Ruhe zu haben. Wir haben auch noch viel vor dem Apartment gesessen.

  Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ruhige Lage, bequemes Bett – wir haben gut geschlafen. Es gibt eine Fahrradgarage wo wir unsere Fahrräder unterstellen konnten. Gute Fahrradwege bis in die Innenstadt. Wir sind viel Fahrrad gefahren.

  Es war eine ruhig gelegene kleine Wohnung mit Stellplatz vor dem Haus. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gut zu erreichen, sodass man das Auto stehen lassen kann und mit dem Bus oder der Straßenbahn gut in die Stadt kommt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut. Wir kommen gern wieder.
