Eutritzsch isn’t exactly the postcard part of Leipzig that everyone talks about, but that’s actually what makes this place kind of brilliant. You’re staying in a proper neighborhood where locals actually live, not some touristy bubble.

The apartment itself though? Total game-changer. The moment you walk in, you get why they call it “Wohnen mit Stil und Komfort” – whoever designed this place actually gets what travelers need. The kitchen isn’t just for show (I mean, you can actually cook a real meal here), and the living space has that rare quality where you don’t feel like you’re camping in someone else’s weird taste. Everything feels intentional but not uptight, if that makes sense. The bed situation is particularly solid – none of that European separate-mattress nonsense that keeps you awake wondering if you’re going to roll into a crack. And honestly, after a day wandering around Leipzig’s cobblestones, that matters more than you’d think.

What really sold me on this spot is how it sits in the city. You’re maybe fifteen minutes on the tram to get into the Altstadt and all the main sights, but when you come back in the evening, you’re not dealing with hen parties stumbling past your window at 2 AM. There’s a decent little bakery just down the street – the kind where the woman behind the counter remembers your order after the second day. Parking is actually manageable around here too, which anyone who’s tried to drive in German city centers will appreciate. The 9.3 rating makes sense once you’ve stayed here a few nights; it’s one of those places that gets the details right without making a big show about it. The WiFi works (properly works, not just technically functions), the shower has actual water pressure, and the whole place just feels… comfortable. Not trying to impress anyone, just doing its job really well.

  Es war alles total unkompliziert, super sauber und man fühlte sich sehr willkommen.

  Lage etwas abseits im Grünen. Bus, Straßenbahn in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Für mich als Ruhe suchende ideal. Auch nicht zu weit ab vom Schuß. Bahn fährt direkt zum Zoo , Bahnhof etc.
  Wohnung ist aufs Feinste mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet! Super Verdunkelung fürs Schlafzimmer. Tolle Dusche. Schöne Aussicht auf den Garten.
  
  What could be improved: Wenn man das überhaupt sagen kann, ein Sieb für Nudeln und ein Wäscheständer wären toll gewesen. Vielleicht gab es aber sogar ein Trocknungsprogramm, aber ich bin Techniklegastheniker. Weswegen ich auch die Kapselmaschine nicht so richtig bedienen konnte. GRÖßERE Frenchpress wäre von Vorteil, ein Eintassengerät ist zu wenig.

  Die Zweiraumwohnung befindet sich in einem größeren Wohnkomplex in sehr ruhiger Lage im Orsteil Eutrizsch. Bis zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Kurzstrecke bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es fünf Minuten Fußweg. Dort befindet sich auch ein größerer Rewe mit Vollsortiment sowie ein Bäcker. Das Appartement ist frisch renoviert und zweckmäßig ausgestattet.
  
  What could be improved: Die Bedienung des TV ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. In der Bücherstadt Leipzig sollte man daher mehr lesen. Das Badezimmerfenster lässt sich leider nur kippen.

  Bett war unbequem.
  würde mich beim nächsten mal über ein Fliegengitter am Fester sehr freuen
