  The owner was kind and polite, and the apartment itself was spacious.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately, the neighborhood felt unsafe and was quite noisy throughout the night and early morning, which made it necessary to sleep with the windows closed. The area around the building was not very clean, and we were worried about the safety of our car. Sadly, the apartment itself was not as clean as expected — flies came out of one of the drawers, and the staircase had a very unpleasant smell.
