  Perfekt eingerichtete Küche und Bad und insgesamt sehr geräumig. Die Wohnung liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist aber fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Suche nach einem Parkplatz erfordert etwas Geduld, hat dann aber doch immer geklappt

  Schön eingerichtete, moderne Wohnung. Ruhige Lage in Hinterhof, ruhiges Haus, letzter Stock, Balkon auf der Südseite, bequemes Doppelbett, gut ausgestattete Küche, volles Fernsehprogramm inkl. Netflix, prime video (wenn's regnet 😉- Leipzig ist eine schöne Stadt), schönes Bad – leider kann man nur volle Zahlen anklicken, sonst klare Note 8,5 !

  What could be improved: Schlafcouch hart und unbequem, knarzt bei jeder Bewegung – technisch und sicherheitsrelevanter wäre eine einfache Dusche besser als eine Badewanne zum Einsteigen um zu duschen …

  Die Wohnung war modern und funktional eingerichtet, lediglich eine Mikrowelle fehlte, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Der Internetempfang war gut.
  Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle war in der Nähe.
  Wir kommen gerne wieder.
