The studio setup feels intentional, not cramped – there’s actual counter space for spreading out your stuff, decent lighting for reading, and the kind of little touches that suggest someone who travels a lot designed this space.   Schönes kleines Studio, mit sehr guter Ausstattung in einem Mehrparteienhaus. Sehr bequeme Betten, Top Anbindung mit der Straßenbahn in die Leipziger Innenstadt. Im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthaltes viele Informationen des Vermieters. Einige Kleinigkeiten sind überarbeitungwürdig, aber schränken den Aufenthalt nicht wirklich ein.

  Ідеальне помешкання. Перед заселенням власники надали нам повну і зрозумілу інформацію щодо заселення, паркування, проживання. Комфортне, зручне ліжко, гарна шумоізоляція, поряд магазини. Є усе необхідне! Дякую, обов’язково повернемося іще в це помешкання!

  What could be improved: Durch das Erdgeschoss können wenn man die Rollos nicht runtermacht, alle umliegenden Wohnungen bei einem in die Wohnung schauen. Daher hatte ich diese meistens zu. Aber das ist bei der Wohnung halt einfach so und nicht weiter schlimme.

  This was a pleasantly decorated space that was indeed in a quiet location. The outside patio area provides a peaceful place to sit or eat that is surrounded by a nice green area. If you have a young child, there is a play area on the grounds with a sandbox and little playhouse. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the hosts were kind enough to provide some olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and paprika, for basic cooking. The TV is huge, with a high-quality display (and Netflix is available). The apartment is also cool, even though we were there in July. The hosts were attentive and responsive, provided detailed instructions, and seemed very responsible.
  
  What could be improved: The place is quite small, and is technically a studio, as the sleeping area is not a separate room with a door (look at the photo that shows the sleeping area carefully). It would be fine for up to two people but I wouldn't recommend it for more. It is also located directly on the ground floor, so those with privacy concerns may find it unsettling, although there are automated metal rolling shutters on all the windows that you can lower for privacy and darkness. The bed was *very* firm, so I did not sleep comfortably. Also, there is no dresser in the sleeping area for unpacking your clothes — just a small wardrobe in the entrance hall with collapsible shelving. The apartment is also not very conveniently located: 30 minutes from the train station, 30 minutes to the town center, if using public transportation. The area itself is quite residential, with few cafes/restaurants in the area, and the closest grocery store is a small Aldi.
