  Sehr saubere und liebevoll ganz neu eingerichtete Wohnung, die auf kleinem Raum alles bietet, was man braucht. Der Anbieter kümmert sich intensiv darum, dass auch alles klappt. Selbst vergessene Dinge werden nachgeschickt. Der Schlüssel ist in einen nahegelegenen Restaurant abzuholen. Danach ist der Eingang etwas unscheinbar zu finden, aber dafür wird man im Vorfeld mit beschreibenden Bildern versorgt. Ideale Lage mit zwei Tram-Stationen bis zum Hauptbahnhof und von dort nur drei Stationen bis zur Messe. In der direkten Nähe Lokale und Restaurants sowie ein Park. Unser gezahlter Preis war aufgrund der Büchermesse erhöht.

  Schöne kleine Wohnung, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Gute Anbindung zum Zentrum, viele Lokalitäten in der Nähe. Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist mit dabei, Parkplätze in der Gegend sonst eher schwierig zu finden.
