  What could be improved: la manera de registrarse para obtener una llave electrónica. Había que inscribirse en un sitio web que yo no conocía, llenar los datos personales, dirección y enviar una foto de la cédula de identidad y eso no me gustó. Hablé con el dueño y mandé por Whatsapp una foto pero borré mis códigos personales, he sabido de muchas estafas con los números de identidad por eso desconfié. Yo creo que Booking tiene todos mis datos y no entiendo porque él los pedía nuevamente. En fin, él fue muy amable y entendió mi punto de vista y yo el suyo (le habían dejado destrozos en otro momento) porque así se aseguraba quién entraba a su apartamento

  From the first to last moment of our stay I had no problems or efforts at all. Prior to check-in I received very detailed instructions from hosts which left no potential questions unanswered. We could easily navigate to the proprty and park in the underground garage (huge benefit, considering central location!) Inside we felt like home when one has no typical hotel limits (narrow space, no kitchen etc.). Property was equipped with everything a person or even whole family may need. Bathroom was amazing. We stayed in December and heating was functioning very well, with option to regulate temperature as needed. Neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Building is well sound-proof system, no noises from outside or inside.
  
  What could be improved: Bed mattress was soft for me.
