It’s genuinely spacious, and since you’re in Neustadt-Neuschönefeld, you’re not staring at construction cranes or hearing trams rumble by every five minutes like you would closer to the Hauptbahnhof. The whole Netflix and Prime thing in the name seemed gimmicky at first, but after a long day wandering around Leipzig’s city center (which is maybe a 15-minute walk, by the way), collapsing on their couch with good streaming actually hit the spot. The WiFi doesn’t crawl to a halt when you’re trying to watch something either – learned that the hard way at other places.

What really sold me was the underground parking situation. Look, if you’ve ever tried to find street parking in Leipzig’s center, you know it’s basically a contact sport. Having your own guaranteed spot in a Tiefgarage means you can actually relax instead of circling blocks like a vulture. The whole setup feels more like borrowing a friend’s really nice apartment than staying at some sterile hotel. The kitchen’s properly equipped too – not just a mini-fridge and a broken coffee maker, but actual cookware if you want to grab groceries from the Rewe down the street. I ended up making breakfast there most mornings because, honestly, the terrace in the morning sun with coffee you actually like? Better than most hotel breakfast rooms where everything tastes like cardboard and the coffee’s been sitting there since 6 AM. The 8.8 rating makes sense when you factor in all these little details that just… work. It’s the kind of place where someone clearly thought about what travelers actually need instead of just checking boxes on some hospitality manual.

  Sehr großzügig ausgestattete, ruhige Wohnung, für 2 Personen mehr als ausreichend groß, nur 2 Straßenbahn-Stationen zum Zentrum gelegen.
  Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend (wir kamen früh morgens an), gut erreichbar und freundlich. Wir bekamen im Voraus eine detaillierte Schilderung aller notwendigen Infos, so waren wir perfekt vorbereitet. Und bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns eine Flasche Sekt 🙂
  Für uns erste Wahl, sobald wir wieder nach Leipzig kommen!

  Kurzer Weg zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Technik hat super funktioniert. Top WLAN.
  
  What could be improved: Wir haben kein Schneidebrett in der Küche gefunden. Das könnte man noch nachrüsten. Abgesehen davon war alles perfekt.

  Eine sehr schöne gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in guter Lage zur Innenstadt. Ausgestattet mit allem Geräten die gebraucht werden. Besonders hervor zu heben ist die weihnachtliche Komponente in dieser Zeit, das macht es gleich gemütlicher.
  
  What could be improved: Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die extrem dünne Bettdecke und der unstabile Empfag beim Fernsehen.

  Good location and good communication with the renter. The flat had everything we needed and there was anything we were missing. Location is about 5-10 minutes from public transport by foot, which was good.
  
  What could be improved: Key pickup at a different location wasn't ideal; however, it worked and we had a nice time. Video streaming wasn't working working but that's really fine as that wasn't the point of traveling.

  Host was super nice and always ready to help. Very clean and neat, was even champagne and coffee already there. You can cook or go eating because 10 minutes walk from the house is a food street. from there you can find a good connection to the tram and it only needs 2 stations to the main station.
  
  What could be improved: That the food street next to the house doesnt appear too safe. I would rather recommend this for a group of friends but not a street to walk alone or family friendly. during the day it seems also way much safer as in the evening.but still you get the best out of the price so wouldn't see it as too bad.
