  Gute Lage, sehr schönes Einzimmerapartment. Gut durchdachte Einrichtung, alles sauber und ordentlich.
  
  What could be improved: Laut Booking ist Check-In ab 15:00 möglich, man erhält den Zugangscode aber erst 16:00. Dadurch mussten wir 40 min vor der Tür warten (trotz Anruf bei der -freundlichen- Hotline).
  Parken ist eine Herausforderung, auf der Straße sind nur sehr sporadisch Plätze zu finden.

  The apartment was very nice and located close to the center a 20-minute walk and 10 minutes from the supermarket. It was tranquil and relaxing. So if you like silence when you go to sleep it is a great place to stay.
  
  What could be improved: Light and the extract ventilation in the bathroom were automatic, the light stayed on for 10 minutes and the extract ventilation stayed on for 30 minutes after being in the bathroom.

  Brilliant location. Superbly fitted out and totally spotlessly clean!
  
  What could be improved: Automated light and fan in the bathroom was quite distracting at night while trying to sleep as we couldn't find anyway to switch them off and both stayed on quite a while. Had thought there was a separate bedroom but it is all one living space, which worked for us but just to know.

  It was clean, nice. We didn't have a kid, but the room was fully equipped so much that we wished to have a kid. 😀
  
  What could be improved: We had an impression from photos that the bedroom and kitchen/ living room are separated rooms. But it is actually a one room apartment.

  What could be improved: Hallway dirty and garbage at the entrance. The Appartement is located right next to the parking and logistical hub of the hospital next door. Trucks are being cleared at night.
