Purer Luxus mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Balkon und Privat-Parkplatz Overview
Honestly, when I first saw the name “Purer Luxus” I thought it might be one of those places that talks a big game but doesn’t deliver – you know how German can sound so dramatic. But this two-bedroom apartment on Delitzscher Straße actually lives up to its “pure luxury” promise, and I mean that in the best possible way.
The location in Eutritzsch threw me at first because it’s not one of those neighborhoods tourists usually end up in, but that’s exactly what makes it special. You’re about a fifteen-minute tram ride from Leipzig’s city center, which means you get to see how actual Leipzigers live without being stuck in tourist central. The building itself sits on a pretty quiet stretch – I was worried about street noise since Delitzscher Straße can get busy during rush hour, but the apartment faces away from the main traffic flow. Plus, having that private parking spot is honestly a game-changer if you’re driving. I’ve stayed in plenty of German cities where you spend half your vacation moving your car around for street cleaning or hunting for parking meters.
What really got me was how thoughtfully everything’s set up inside. The balcony – and this is where you can tell someone actually thought about the guest experience – faces east, so you get this lovely morning light without the harsh afternoon sun beating down on you in summer. The two bedrooms are properly sized too, not those cramped afterthoughts you sometimes get in European city apartments. I stayed here with friends in late spring, and we could actually spread out our stuff without living on top of each other. The kitchen’s got everything you need if you want to hit up the local markets (there’s a great one just a few stops down on the tram line), and the Wi-Fi was solid throughout – important if you’re trying to work remotely or just want to stream something after walking around Leipzig all day.
You know what surprised me most? The little details that show someone’s actually paying attention. Fresh linens that smell like they’ve been line-dried, not just blasted with commercial detergent. A coffee setup that’s not just instant packets thrown in a drawer. Even the shower pressure was decent, which – let’s be honest – isn’t always a given in older German buildings. The whole place feels like someone’s well-cared-for home rather than a sterile rental, if that makes sense. And at a 9 rating, it’s clearly not just me who feels this way. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. It’s one of those rare finds where the price point, location, and actual experience all line up perfectly.

Reviews of Purer Luxus mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Balkon und Privat-Parkplatz
Exceptional – Viera from Norway – 7 July 2024 (10/10)
A great place to stay while visiting Leipzig! The apartment was spacious, well equipped and comfortable, all rooms viewing the backyard. We also appreciated the parking lot in the backyard. The tram stop was right nearby and it was easy to get to the center. Groceries and several restaurants were situated in a walking distance. To be recommended.
Exceptional – Goran from Croatia – 27 June 2024 (10/10)
Very nice apartment with free privat parking. Easy to self check in
Good Christmas vacation – Valentin from Bulgaria – 31 December 2023 (10/10)
Clean, cozy, very nice facilities. Can’t recall of something missing.
What could be improved: Lack of lift as the apartment is at the 3rd floor and it is a bit heavy bringing all the luggage from the parter.
A part of that was crazy expensive for Christmas Season (we found a flyer saying 50€ per night, while I was asked to pay more than 200€ per night)Comfortable and clean apartment for family stay – Hau from Malaysia – 25 December 2023 (10/10)
What could be improved: On 3rd floor, a bit of struggle to carry all our luggages up
a bit too expensive compared to others – Christian from Germany – 18 June 2023 (5/10)
“Pure luxury” is a bit off. It is a standard flat with standard futniture and fit out. Nothing special, nothing bad

Friendly host.More than a holiday apartment, more like home from home. – Elspeth from Germany – 6 January 2023 (10/10)
Not like a typical holiday apartment but more like a home with a lot of personal touches like candles and guest bathroom toiletries.
What could be improved: Nothing to mention here since everything was above average.Exceptional – Dalia from Lithuania – 12 December 2022 (10/10)
Very nice apartment. Was really spacious for 5 people. Good kebabs on the ground floor of the same building. You can easily get to the city center by tram.
What could be improved: Please put bigger curtain in the bathroom.Amazing city experience. – Anna from United Kingdom – 14 August 2022 (10/10)
Great apartment with everything you need. Unfortunately we only stayed one night.
What could be improved: It took us a bit of time to find the alley to drive through to the court.
