  Die Lage war top, ruhiger Balkon, aber trotzdem zentrumsnah. Die Wohnung war sehr modern und angenehm eingerichtet, richtig zum Wohlfühlen! Es war alles da, was man brauchte!

  Very clean. Nice location near Peterskirche. Friendly and helpful host. Loved the look and layout. Very cozy.
  
  What could be improved: The sleeper couch was a disaster. So squeecky and a thin mattress.Would have loved to book this place in future for a family trip, but my body would not last a weekend on the uncomfortable couch/bed. The remote unlocking of the apartment itself was a bit freaky, but there was a manual chain lock inside at least. Other than that we enjoyed the stay.

  I think this is a great studio in a good location. The equipment is modern, neighbors are quite silent, there are shops in the walking distance, and the city center is not far. I recommend it for longer stays.
  
  What could be improved: It was missing the air conditioning during the hot days. The small consumables like a shower gel or oil in the kitchen would be a nice addition, but I have NO major cons.

  When we arrived we were able to telephone the helpful owner. The property is down a narrow cobbled street with parking both sides and two way traffic. When we arrived the only parking was over the road from the property, with a one hour time limit. However, later we parked outside the property and were able to stay there all the time. The kitchen was good, but would be even better if there was a microwave. The apartment looks out over a small park. The shower was good and it was unusual to have an extractor fan in the bathroom.
  
  What could be improved: The bed was dreadful. It was a pull out sofa and the metal parts were uncomfortable when getting in and out of bed. A proper bed would have been much better. Only one roll of toilet paper for two people for two nights wasn't very generous.

  The apartment is at truly superb location, and there were plenty of parking options right next to the door. It had lovely balcony and was on the yard and shadow side of the building – so it didn't get loud or hot. It is also freshly renovated and everything is new. There are more than enough enough plates and cutlery. The hosts replied promptly and with plenty of information.
  
  What could be improved: The sofa bed for two was very uncomfortable.
  The key-app worked great for front door, but then didn't want to recognise the apartment lock – I am still not fully sure what was the reason – whether we were too far from the "lock" box behind door, location was off initially or internet coverage spotty in staircase. Any case, we got in and thankfully there were normal keys available too – but it was bit stressful 5-10 minutes late at night that we definitely could have done without.

  What could be improved: the coffee machine is a very specific type and there were only a few cups available. it would have been nice to have at least enough cups for coffee in the morning, because it was hard to find these cups.
