  The flat is new, clean and nice. It is located on the fourth floor, be ready to climb the stairs. For us it was ok.
  The kitchen is very well equipped. Beds are comfy. WiFi works well. We liked everything!
  The tram stop is near the house and it is possible to reach the centre in 7-10 minutes.
  There are a lot of shops and restaurants around the house.

• Sehr schöne Wohnung und ideal für eine Städtereise für 4 Personen – Silke from Germany – 27 January 2025 (8/10)

  Neu renovierte, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und sogar eine Bowlingbahn sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Netter schriftlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung liegt in der 4. Etage im Dachgeschoss eines renovierten Altbaus und hat darum etliche Stufen und keinen Fahrstuhl😅. Dies hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört, denn das alte Holztreppenhaus war toll erhalten, super sauber und gepflegt und hat seinen alten Charme behalten. Wir haben nur 1 Nacht dort verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir danken dem Vermieter, dass er uns den Aufenthalt so kurz ermöglicht hat, denn dies ist bei einer Ferienwohnung nicht selbstverständlich wie wir feststellen mussten. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.
