The balcony faces east, so you get morning sun with your coffee, which I mean… if you’re going to have a balcony, that’s how you want it. The kitchen’s small but functional – I made breakfast there without wanting to throw things, which honestly says a lot. And the beds are firm enough that you don’t feel like you’re sinking into quicksand, but soft enough that you’ll sleep well after walking around Leipzig all day.

What really sold me on the area though is how connected it feels without being chaotic. You’re maybe a 15-minute tram ride from the city center, but Natonekstraße has this quiet residential vibe where you can actually hear yourself think. There’s a decent bakery about two blocks down (the owner speaks enough English if your German is rusty), and the neighborhood has that lived-in feel where people walk their dogs and chat with neighbors. The building itself is solid – no creaky floors or paper-thin walls that make you hear every conversation. Parking can be a bit tricky if you’re driving, but honestly, Leipzig’s tram system is reliable enough that you probably won’t need a car anyway. The 8.4 rating makes sense to me – it’s not trying to be luxury, but everything works the way it should, the space is comfortable for up to four people without feeling cramped, and there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that feels more like a temporary home than a hotel room. If you want to experience Leipzig like you actually live there for a few days, rather than just checking tourist boxes, this is your spot.

  Man hatte viel Platz und getrennte Räume. Es gab einen Fahrstuhl, aber den musste man erst entdecken. Die Betten waren bequem und es gab genug Handtücher.
  
  What could be improved: Es gab einen Schlüssel, bei drei Personen etwas nervig gewesen. Das Apartment ist hübsch und geräumig, aber mehr was ohne Kinder. Ältere Kinder wäre aber machbarer. Es gab keinen richtigen Esstisch, aber gut das wusste man auch vorher. Man merkte einfach, es war nicht unbedingt für Kleinkinder ausgelegt. Aber es gab einen Hochstuhl und Kinderbett!
  Es gibt eine Badewanne ohne Vorhänge oder ähnliches. Keine Dusche, dass kam nicht bei allen gut an. Rutschmatte wäre schön gewesen.

  Gut ausgestattet, sauber, viel Platz, modern, schöne Wohngegend, Aldi/Kaufland direkt um die Ecke. Verbrauchsmaterial (Spülmittel, Spültabs, Kaffekapseln) sind vorhanden.
  
  What could be improved: Keine Dusche, nur Badewanne ohne Vorhang. Parkplätze an der Straße sind zwar kostenlos, aber immer sehr vollgeparkt.

  Toll an die Öffis angebundene, sehr saubere, geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattete großzügige Wohnung. Einfacher Self-Check-in, gute Kommunikation.
  Einzig das Duschen mit Handbrause in der Badewanne ohne Duschwand war nicht so toll.

  Die Wohnung ist schön. Man findet dort alles was man braucht auch Kaffee und Tee. Angenehm fand ich den Kontaktlosen Check in über Schlüsseltresor.

  Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geräumig und komfortabel, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich wie in einem
  guten Hotel. Schluesseluebergabe erfolgte vollkommen problemlos über Schluesseltresor.
  
  What could be improved: Die offene Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang und mit sehr kurzem Schlauch zur Handdusche ist wirklich nicht zeitgemäß und höchst unpraktisch. Außerdem
  wären wir über eine Warnung, dass keine Parkplätze wegen einer riesigen Baustelle (die offenbar schon seit drei Monaten eingerichtet ist und mindestens noch so lange andauert) vorhanden sind. Die Wohnung ist deshalb nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar.
