The proximity to Uniklinik is clutch if you’re in town for medical reasons – I’ve stayed at places where getting to the university hospital meant navigating Leipzig’s tram system with luggage, which is nobody’s idea of fun.

What really sells this place, though, are the details that suggest someone who runs it has actually traveled themselves. The balcony isn’t just thrown on there for marketing – it’s got decent furniture and enough space to actually use it, whether you’re having morning coffee or need to take a work call without bothering your travel companion. The parking situation alone puts it ahead of most places in this part of Leipzig; finding a spot in Mitte can be absolutely brutal, especially during trade fair season. I honestly think the 9.7 rating reflects what happens when a place just… works. No dramatic design statements or Instagram-worthy lobbies, but everything from the check-in process to the room layout feels like it was planned by someone who understood what travelers actually need. It’s the kind of place where you arrive stressed from travel and find yourself properly relaxed within an hour, which – let’s be real – doesn’t happen that often anymore.

  Sehr gepflegtes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement!
  Und sehr geräumig! Bett ist sehr gut!
  Die Vermietet sind sehr freundlich und reagieren auf (Sonder-)Wünsche umgehend.
  
  What could be improved: Morgens ist es etwas laut, da die Uniklinik in direkter Nachbarschaft liegt.
  Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist dies allerdings kein Problem.

  In 15 min ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt.
  Wir waren zum Robbie Williams Konzert in Leipzig, und haben uns in dem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt.

  Sehr schön stilgerecht und modern renoviertes, helles Apartment, tolle Dusche, schöner Balkon, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht… sehr nette und bemühte Vermieter, gute Infos, Parkplatz kann vor dem Haus gemietet werden, zu Fuss nur ca 12 min ins Zentrum…
  
  What could be improved: In einer Nacht um 3 Uhr kam der Rettungshubschrauber, der auf einem Dach landet… aber…dafür wohnt man schräg gegenüber der Notfallaufnahme der Uni-Klinik…
