The thing about this place is that it gets the apartment-hotel concept right in a way that actually makes sense. You know how some places call themselves luxury apartments but feel like sterile corporate housing? This isn’t that. The space feels lived-in but polished – like someone with good taste just moved out and left everything perfectly arranged for you. The kitchen actually has proper equipment (not those sad hotel mini-fridges), and honestly, after staying in so many places where you can’t even make decent coffee, having real counter space was such a relief. The bathroom’s got this rainfall shower that – okay, I usually roll my eyes at those, but the water pressure here is legitimately great.

What really sold me on the location is that you can walk to the Marktplatz in about eight minutes, but you’re tucked away enough on Härtelstraße that you’re not dealing with the weekend party crowds stumbling around at 2 AM. I spent a good chunk of time just wandering the neighborhood – there’s this little bakery two blocks over that locals hit up for their morning coffee, and the Grassi Museum complex is practically around the corner. The tram connections are solid too, which matters if you’re planning day trips or just don’t want to walk everywhere (though honestly, most of Leipzig’s good stuff is walkable from here).

Parking was surprisingly straightforward for the city center – there’s street parking that’s not impossible to find, and they actually give you the heads up on which spots to aim for. Check-in was refreshingly normal; no weird key pickup drama or confusing instructions. The whole place has that “newly opened” energy without feeling like they’re still working out the kinks. At three stars with a 9.1 rating, it’s hitting that sweet spot where you’re getting more than you expect without paying for bells and whistles you don’t actually need. I mean, it’s not going to change your life or anything, but if you want a proper base in Leipzig that feels more like borrowing a friend’s really nice apartment than staying in a hotel, this works.

  Sehr schön ausgestattetes Appartement, sehr sauber, bequemes Bett, nahe Stadtzentrum. Alles vorhanden wie umschrieben bei Booking. Sowohl für Touristen geeignet als auch für Teilnehmer an einem Seminar oder einer Tagung in der Leipziger Stadtbibliothek (Entfernung etwa 175 Meter),

  Apartment was in a good location. It was a quiet area & was about 25 minute walk from train station. It had a nice balcony. We did manage to sit in the sun to have our lunch It was a nice to be able to relax outside .
  The bed was comfortable. There was a good sized bathroom. A good shower & plenty of hot water.
  
  What could be improved: The main room was smaller than expected & it did get very warm. We couldn't see any aircon & didn't know how to control the heating system. Though it didn't appear to be on anyway.
  The pillows were a little uncomfortable & it would have been nice to have a curtain covering all of the patio doors as there was light getting through the shutters.
  It would also have been nice to have an English speaking channel as well as Sky News.

  I stayed for 5 nights with my friend for a festival. At first was a bit scared that Apartment a bit small for a two people with a lot of clothes 🙈😹, but it wasn't. It's enough space for two girls with huge baggage. The room looks amazing and the view from the balcony is just unreal.We enjoyed our stay and I can only highly recommend this Apartment!

  It is a small room with a wonderful balcony. Everything is super clean ,and the plants give a touch of love and care to the place. The location is perfect. Many cafes and restaurants nearby. Beautiful park not far , Highly recommended.

  Room was very clean and well maintained. Location was excellent and the view from the large balcony was great. Bathroom was very clean and nicely decorated.
  
  What could be improved: The room was very small and over furnished. The bed was comfortable but small and pushed against the wall only allowing 1 person to access it during the night. The kitchen facilities were inadequate for an apartment – only 2 corner shelves and no kitchen sink. Washing up to be done in a bowl balanced in the bathroom wash basin. No wardrobe available – just hooks in the entrance hall.

  The apartment is located in a walking distance from the Market Square. The terrace is very beautiful with amazing view.
  The place is very clean which makes people feel even better in it.
  The owner takes care of the details like coffe&tea or additional hygenic products for women&women.
  The landlady is extremely nice and helpful.
