Look, I’ve stayed in my fair share of Leipzig apartments, and this place on Delitzscher Straße actually surprised me. You know what hit me first? The fact that there’s dedicated parking right there – I mean, anyone who’s driven around Eutritzsch knows that’s basically gold. Fourth floor means you’re getting decent views over the neighborhood rooftops, and honestly, the whole setup feels more like borrowing a friend’s really nice place than staying in some sterile rental.

The Eutritzsch location is one of those things that sounds unremarkable until you realize how well it works. You’re far enough north to avoid the tourist chaos around the Altstadt, but the tram connections into the city center are actually pretty solid – takes maybe 15 minutes to get to Augustusplatz if you catch the right line. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets in the evenings. During the day you’ll hear some street noise (it’s a main road after all), but by 9 PM it settles into that pleasant residential hum that helps you sleep. The building itself has that solid East German construction feel – thick walls, high ceilings, the kind of space that breathes properly.

The apartment itself lives up to that “Luxus” billing without being obnoxious about it. Everything’s been thoughtfully updated – you can tell someone actually considered how people use a space rather than just throwing trendy furniture at it. The kitchen has proper counter space (revolutionary concept, I know), and there’s enough room to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. I stayed there during a rainy March week, and it never felt claustrophobic, which says something. The whole place has this lived-in comfort that makes you want to linger over morning coffee rather than rush out sightseeing. Plus – and this might sound minor but it’s not – the wifi actually works reliably, the shower has decent pressure, and you’re not fighting with finicky door locks every time you come back with groceries. Sometimes the best luxury is just having everything work the way it should.

  Sehr modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet – es hat an nichts gefehlt.
  
  What could be improved: Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut (Straßenbahn hält fast genau vor der Tür), aber bei offenem Fenster ist es doch etwas laut. Ich empfehle Ohropax und schon kann man bei frischer Luft gut schlafen.

  Fully equipped cosy flat for stay of maximum 4 people (2 adults + 2 children) in good location. Tram stop close as well as the shop ALDI opposite the house. Comfortable beds, coffee machine, oven, fridge. We felt almost like home.

  If you are coming to Leipzig and want to stay in a luxury spacious apartment at a great price – that’s exactly what you need!
  
  High-end kitchen and bathroom; beautiful dining area with a TV ; cozy bedroom with a large closet, big bed and another TV.
  
  Washing machine, coffee machine, any kind of kitchenware, hairdryer, bathroom supplies – anything you need at your use.
  
  The location is great – two big supermarkets within walking distance, lots of cafes around; as well as a beautiful park with a pond (and cute ducks)
  
  Super easy public transportation such as tram or a bus – right in front of the apartment that will take you anywhere you need around the city.
  
  If you got a car – you will have your personal parking spot in the courtyard which is very convenient.
  
  The host is amazing – if you have any questions Rene is just a message away and will help you immediately.
  
  Definitely staying there again next time I’m in Leipzig and recommending this place to my friends! 10/10
