You know what struck me first about this place? It’s actually in a proper neighborhood – not some tourist trap area where everything’s overpriced and feels fake. The Luxus-Apartment sits right on Delitzscher Straße in Eutritzsch, and honestly, I love this part of Leipzig. It’s got that lived-in feeling where you’ll see locals doing their grocery shopping and kids riding bikes, but you’re still only about 15 minutes from the city center.

The apartment itself is surprisingly well put together for a 3-star place. I mean, the name sounds a bit fancy (Germans do love their compound words), but it delivers on the promise without being pretentious about it. The space feels genuinely comfortable – not that sterile hotel room vibe where everything’s been sanitized of personality. You’ve got proper kitchen facilities, which is brilliant if you want to grab some fresh bread from the bakery around the corner instead of paying hotel breakfast prices. The Eutritzscher Markt is literally right there, and on market days it gets pretty lively – in a good way, though if you’re a super light sleeper, maybe pack earplugs for Saturday mornings.

What really sold me on this spot was how it strikes that perfect balance between being in the thick of things without the chaos. You’re close enough to walk to some fantastic local restaurants (there’s this Turkish place about two blocks down that does incredible döner), but when you want to head into Leipzig proper, the tram connections are solid. The S-Bahn isn’t far either if you’re planning day trips. Parking was way easier than I expected – actually found street spots most days, which in Germany feels like winning the lottery sometimes. The whole area has this understated charm where you feel like you’re experiencing how people actually live here, rather than just passing through as a tourist. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that overly complicated key card nonsense that never works when your hands are full of luggage.

  Tolle Wohnung, modern, gepflegt, sehr ruhig. Die Betten super bequem. Problemloser CheckIn / CheckOut. Immer sehr schnelle und hilfreiche Kommunikation. Parkplatz im Innenhof (aber sehr schmale Einfahrt). Linie 16 fährt aller 10 – 15 Minuten ins Zentrum, Haltestelle 2 Min entfernt. Café Krüger unbedingt besuchen. Frühstück und Torten sind mega. 100% Empfehlung für das Apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Keine "normalen" TV Sender, darüber kann man Dank Netflix & Co aber hinwegsehen 😄. Wir waren auch nicht zum Fernsehen da.
