  Sehr schöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet, super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Ruhig gelegen mit Balkon zum Innenhof. Straßenbahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Parkplätze in der Straße bzw. in den Nebenstraßen zu finden. Der Gastgeber versorgt einen rechtzeitig mit allen nötigen Informationen sowie auch Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen oder Verkehrsanbindung.
  
  What could be improved: Leider war es in Küche und Bad, bei genauerem hinsehen nicht ganz so sauber. Würde man hier noch etwas nachbessern, würde ich der Wohnung 10 Punkte vergeben.

  Die perfekte Lage und der tolle Blick über den Dächern von Leipzig – genial!
  
  What could be improved: Die Beleuchtung in einem Schlafzimmer (ausgebauter Dachboden) war nicht vorhanden. So musste man im Dunkeln die Treppe hoch (mit Stirnlampe kein Problem) und erst das Licht an den Nachttischen anmachen. das war schade, kann aber schnell gefixt werden.
  Parken in der unmittelbaren Nähe kann ein Problem sein, da die Straße dicht bewohnt ist. Wir mussten das Auto nur einmal bewegen und konnten tagsdarauf wieder vor dem Haus parken (Wochentags waren viele Bewohner zur Arbeit).

  Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet,
  die Terrasse geht zum Hof heraus und man hört keinen Straßenverkehr, Wohnung ist an sich sehr schön.
  
  What could be improved: Parkplätze sind eine Katastrophe und man muss wirklich Glück haben überhaupt was in der Nähe zu finden.

  Schöne, grosse Wohnung mit ansprechender Ausstattung (Klimaanlage, 2 Toiletten, gut ausgestattete Küche) in bester Lage. Ruhig gelegen, trotzdem erreicht man nach nur kurzem Fußweg alles was man benötigt.
  
  What could be improved: Leider 1 Tag nur kaltes Wasser. Scheint ein öfters vorkommendes Problem im gesamten Haus zu sein, wofür der Vermieter nichts kann…Trotzdem etwas ärgerlich.

  Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen, ruhige Gegend, zur Straßenbahn ist es nicht weit, auch zu den Stadtparks ist es nur ein Katzensprung.
  
  What could be improved: Oberflächlich war die Wohnung sauber, aber weder in den Wassertank der Kaffeemaschine, noch in den Toaster und schon gar nicht in den Abfluss der Dusche durfte man schauen. Auch Kühlschrank und Backofen waren schmutzig.
