  Really comfortable self-catering flat, very close to the old town and central train station

  What could be improved: Registration process online was misleading. It said I was registered & checked-in online for weeks before we travelled, but then we arrived and no door code came through. It was a nightmare, as it was between 1 and 2am when we got in after a long day of travel, which threw us off for a couple of days and we missed seeing some things we had planned to see, while we caught up on sleep. I could have done without the stress. The problem (my passport photo hadn't come through clearly enough) was easy to fix once I knew what was wrong, but 1. should have been handled weeks earlier, and 2. the support service was difficult to access and I wasn't sure if anyone was actually listening (there was) as there wasn't a phone number, and the support was all done via email & text. Nerve-wracking to send texts at 1am and hope someone is reading them! Just make sure you dot all of your i's and cross all of your t's…and then check again!

  The location is excellent. Place was clean and bed was comfortable. easy access via code.

  The location is ideal, the apartment was spaceous, clean and friendly. We received the entry codes on time and with clear instructions.
