It’s tucked into this quiet residential street in the Nord district – you know, that area that’s becoming really hip but hasn’t completely lost its authentic Leipzig character yet. When I first walked up, honestly, the building looked pretty typical from the outside (in a good way), but stepping inside was like… well, someone clearly put thought into this place. The art isn’t just thrown on walls for decoration – it actually feels curated, like you’re staying in someone’s thoughtfully designed home rather than a sterile hotel room.

What I really appreciated was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between being stylish and actually functional. The apartment had proper blackout curtains – thank god, because those Leipzig summer mornings start early – and the kitchen was equipped well enough that I could make real meals, not just heat up sad convenience store pasta. The bathroom had one of those rainfall showerheads that actually works (you’d be amazed how many places cheap out on water pressure). I mean, it’s rated 4 stars and honestly feels like it earns every one of them. The Wi-Fi was solid throughout, which matters when you’re trying to work remotely or video call family back home. Small thing, but the windows opened properly for fresh air – something you don’t always get in newer builds.

Location-wise, you’re about a 15-minute tram ride from the Hauptbahnhof, and there’s a decent bakery just two blocks down if you want proper German bread for breakfast. The neighborhood stays pretty quiet at night, which I loved after spending days wandering around the busier parts of the city center. Parking was actually manageable on the street (don’t take that for granted in German cities), and check-in was straightforward – no standing around a lobby waiting for someone to find your reservation. That 8.9 rating makes total sense to me; it’s the kind of place where small details are handled well, the space feels genuine rather than corporate, and you end up recommending it to friends without any caveats. If you’re planning to stay more than a night or two in Leipzig, this beats a standard hotel room hands down.

  Die Wohnung ist schön groß und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, ein großer, überdachter Balkon mit Morgensonne. Die Lage ist gut, 5 min. zur Bahnstation. Am Bahnhof ist auch ein Bio-Supermarkt, der sogar sonntags geöffnet hat, das Auto kann man problemlos an der Straße parken. Das Bad ist geräumig (eine Ablage in der Dusche wäre noch gut), das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Kopfkissen allerdings sehr dick, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.
  
  What could be improved: Eigentlich ist es eine ruhige Wohngegend, allerdings gab es nebenan eine Baustelle, auf der werktags ab früh morgens lautstark gearbeitet wird, das war nicht so gut.

  Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Wenige Gehminuten zu S-Bahn und Tram und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ruhige Lage, nur die Trambahn nimmt man wahr, was ich aber nicht als störend empfand. Geräumige Wohnung mit großem Balkon.
  
  What could be improved: Ich hätte gerne in der Küche eine Mikrowelle gehabt, für eine Person besser als E-Herd.

  Das Appartement war sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es lag in einer ruhigen Gegend und man ist mit der S- Bahn in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
  Leider konnten wir den schönen Balkon nicht benutzen! 😉
  
  What could be improved: Keine Kritik, nur ein Tipp:
  Eine Ablage in der Dusche wäre schön.
  Ausserdem fehlte uns ein Couchtisch, auf dem man mal ein Glas abstellen kann.

  Schöne sanierte Altbauwohnung mit Charme. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und sauber. Für einen Kurzurlaub ist die Küche gut ausgestattet.
  Der nächste Supermarkt und öffentlichen Verkehr ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
  
  What could be improved: Die Kopfkissen sind so dick, dass man nicht gut darauf schlafen kann.

• Cooles Appartement für 2 bis 4 Personen in Leipzig-Gohlis – Monika from Germany – 5 July 2024 (10/10)

  Keine Probleme mit Schlüssel, da gute Beschreibung. Appartement sehr cool geschnitten, sogar mit Ankleide. Tolle Einrichtung, liebevolle Deko, Betten sehr bequem, Schlafcouch auch. Alle Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Kaffee und Tee standen zur Verfügung. Mit Straßenbahnen in 10 min im Zentrum, grundsätzlich sehr ruhige Gegend, die Baustelle hat uns jetzt nicht gestört, war eher interessant zuzusehen.
  
  What could be improved: Einziger Minuspunkt (eher Baumangel), dass beim Regen die ganze Terrasse von oben nass wurde.

  Die Ferienwohnung war super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hat einen grandiosen Balkon. Ein Rewe ist gleich um die Ecke und die Stadt nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist in einem Wohngebiet und vor der Tür sind Parkplätze. Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, die wir beim nächsten Leipzigbesuch wieder buchen würden.Danke

  Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, man ist mit dem ÖPNV sehr schnell in der City und trotzdem quasi im Grünen. Der Balkon ist eine Oase. Auch sonst ist die Wohnung sehr modern, perfekt eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
