  Das Apartment war ideal für unseren Aufenthalt – sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küchenausstattung war echt toll: Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, ausreichend Geschirr und alles, was man zum Kochen braucht, war vorhanden. Auch eine Waschmaschine stand zur Verfügung, was sehr praktisch war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

  Great location to the event we attended. Great apartment – 3 nice beds, in 2 rooms and then a nicely decorated living/kitchen and bathroom.
  
  What could be improved: The instructions were all sent in German. I was able to get google to translate but not sure if they were translated wrong or just not not clear to start with. When translated, they stated we should call this number on arrival and he would meet us with the keys – this wasn't accurate nor was the door easy to find when the taxi dropped us off. My phone wasn't able to call him and so we were stranded for 2 hours while a friend from the US who speaks German helped us get a hold of him. Booking.com didn't have an emergency number or any way to assist us. It was very frustrating!
  
  In the end, it turned out that the key was there at the apartment – the whole time in a lock-box all of which could have been sent to me via an email or text and solved the whole 2 hours of being homeless! There was a map in an alley telling us how to find the door – this also should have been explained prior to arrival as the door was not visible or accessible from the street unless you knew to walk down the alley and around another building to find it. Perhaps all Germans know about that but Americans are used to addresses being displayed in front of a house. If Booking.com is going to rent to people from all over the world, then the instructions and access need to be explained clearly for anyone speaking any language.

  What could be improved: Die Straßenbahn ist sehr laut, fährt gefühlt im 5 Minuten Takt bis in die Nacht und startet gegen 4 Uhr.

  Staying here was a real pleasure – it felt like a home from home. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with everything we needed for a short stay.
  
  It’s in a handy location too – not far from the city centre and just a short walk to the nearest tram stop, which made getting around easy.
  
  The beds were a particular highlight. My wife, who’s quite picky when it comes to beds, gave it a solid 9 out of 10. I thought they were more than comfortable enough myself.
