The whole vibe is sort of upscale without being stuffy, if that makes sense. Walking around at night, you hear just enough city life to remember you’re in Leipzig’s center, but it’s not the kind of street noise that keeps you awake. Actually, I was surprised how quiet it got after 10 PM – apparently being just off the main pedestrian zone makes all the difference.

The staff really knows their stuff about the neighborhood too. When I asked about getting to the Gewandhaus for a concert, they didn’t just point me toward a map – they told me which tram to catch and mentioned that the little café on Grimmaische Straße stays open late if I wanted a proper coffee afterward. Those are the details that tell you someone actually lives and works in this city, you know? Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving (Leipzig’s old center wasn’t exactly designed for cars), but they’ve got arrangements with a garage that’s maybe a two-minute walk away. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no lengthy presentations about amenities, just genuine helpfulness when I needed it. The 8.9 rating makes total sense once you’re there; it’s the kind of place that handles all the practical stuff seamlessly while letting you actually enjoy being in Leipzig rather than just surviving your stay.

  閑静な住宅地の中のアパートメントですが、近くの大通りに出ればスーパーやドラッグストア、飲食店も多く、中心部にも徒歩で出られる距離なので、大変便利な立地でした。部屋は広く、内装も素敵で、特にキッチンは何でも揃っていました。部屋に関する質問があった時も迅速に対応して頂き、安心出来ました。

  L'espai era molt acollidor, net i amb tot els detalls. Jocs de taula per tots i contes .La cuina estava molt ben equipada.
  L'amfitrió va deixar dos jocs de claus i gominoles per a tots.
  La calefacció va anar molt bé. Fàcil accés des dels transports públics.

  Die wohnung liegt zentrumsnah aber in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend man fühlte sich gleich willkommen beim betreten der Wohnung alles sauber , kleine Aufmerksamkeiten lagen auf dem Bett sowie alles da was man braucht sogar Kaffee was ich vorher noch nie hatte wir kommen sehr gerne wieder haben schon gebucht

  Sehr schöne,helle und saubere Wohnung mit gemütlichen Balkon.Tolle Ausstattung für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Wohnung befand sich in ruhiger Lage mit guter Anbindung zum Stadtzentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren fußläufig zu erreichen.Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter.Auf Anfragen wurde sofort reagiert.Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und die Unterkunft an unsere Freunde weiter empfehlen.

  Das Appartement ist schon eher eine kleine Wohnung. Liebevoll und fürsorglich eingerichtet. Alles schön sauber und es wird wirklich an alles gedacht.
  Kleinigkeiten, wie Rasierer, Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine und vor allem der schöne und ruhige Balkon sind klasse.
  Wir kommen gerne wieder.

  Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. Confy beds. Nice, clean and spacious apartment with all the equipment needed. The green view from the window. Quick and kind answer of the owner by mail to solve doubts before our arrival.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing really, but if I have to say anything, I would only say that the bath towels were too old and thin, but this is a very tiny issue, the global still keeps good!

  What could be improved: Booked for 3 and there were towels and bed linen for 2. Host corrected it 1 day late.
  No shampoo and bath gel was leftover from previous customers. A hand towel in the kitchen would have been handy.
  Not easy to find and at the moment of arrival we could not get inside (instructions not very clear) but we were lucky enough to find friendly neighbours who helped us.

  Its a spacious apartment very close to the city centre. There is a small and nice balcony. Very clean. Quiet in the apartment. Playground in the common garden area for kids to play.
