The staff genuinely seems to care about getting the details right, and you can tell they know their neighborhood. They’ll point you toward the good bakery around the corner (not the obvious touristy one) or let you know when the local market’s worth checking out.   Wir sind in die Ferienwohnung gekommen und haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Es war ein sehr netter Empfang mit Schlüsselübergabe.Es standen Blumen auf dem Tisch und leckere Äpfel. Einfach nur toll, wir kommen bald wieder.

  Die Wohnung war sehr gut und durchdacht ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Es gab Obst und Wasser zur Begrüßung, im Bad gab es Duschgel und Shampoo, in der Küche Tabs für die Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, Kaffeepulver und Kakao. Ein Tritthocker ist auch vorhanden.
  Für Babys und Kleinkinder gibt es ein Reisebettchen mit Bettwäsche. Das Bett und das Schlafsofa sind sehr bequem. Die Vorhänge verdunkeln die Räume sehr gut, die Fenster lassen auch im Sommer gut Frischluft hinein.
  Im ganzen Haus ist es sehr ruhig, die umliegenden kleinen Gärten und Balkone wirken sehr gepflegt.

  What could be improved: Bei den Glastüren in der Wohnung (Flur und Küche) muss man bzw. das Kleinkind schon sehr aufpassen, dass man/es nicht dagegen läuft. Wir haben sie sicherheitshalber nicht zugemacht:-)

  Wow, die Wohnung ist einfach nur super schön und man würde am liebsten sofort einziehen. Es gab sogar frische Blumen, Wasser und bissl Snacks als Willkommensgeschenk. Man muss sich dort einfach wohl fühlen. Es gibt auch ein ganz tolles Badezimmer und ein mega bequemes Bett. Ich kann die Wohnung nur in jeder Hinsicht wärmstens empfehlen.
  
  What could be improved: Dass mein Aufenthalt länger gewesen wäre. Leipzig ist auch eine längere Reise wert. Es gibt unendlich viel zu entdecken.

  Very comfortable, clean apartment. Ideal size with great kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. The bed and sofa are comfortable and the TVs are great for relaxing at night. Big windows with lots of light coming through. The neighborhood is a dream- so quiet and safe, with beautiful parks near by as well as Tram stop. Great place! Highly recommend and would book again!

• Top FeWo in Leipzig – Plagwitz (schönster Stadtteil) – Katja from Germany – 26 October 2022 (10/10)

  Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in Plagwitz in einer ehemaligen Kaffeerösterei. Die FeWe ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat ein traumhaftes großes modernes Badezimmer, sogar eine Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung. Die Küche hat eine Spülmaschine. Für beide Maschinen sind Reinigungsmittel vorhanden, auch Spülmittel, saubere Bürsten und Lappen, sowie Küchenrolle und Toilettenpapier sind da. Im Badezimmer stehen auch kleine Flaschen mit Duschgel und Shampoo, sowie ein Fön bereit. Die Aussicht vom Balkon geht in den grünen Hinterhof. Die Küche, von der es zum Balkon geht, hat Wintergarten Charakter – super schön! Das Sofabett im Wohnzimmer hat eine ausgezeichnete Liegequalität und kann auch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt ohne Rückenschäden genutzt werden. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer hat auch eine gute Liegequalität. Es stehen diverse Schlafbetten (dick, dünn, zusammen knüpfbar) zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Tee, Kaffe, Kakao, Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer, Essig und Öl – alles da.
  Die FeWo ist sehr ruhig und doch zentral gelegen, nach 5 Minuten ist man an der Tram Station und kann direkt in die Innenstadt oder sonstwo hin fahren. Plagwitz selbst hat uns hervorragend gefallen, ein toller Stadtteil mit vielen Ausgehmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und kleinen Läden, auch viel Second Hand. Das Kunstkraftwerk hat uns besonders gefallen (war gerade "Bright Festival Connect"). Bei der nächsten Reise nach Leipzig würden wir wieder diese FeWo buchen. Jasmin vom L.E. Home Team hat sehr schnell und freundlich auf Anfragen reagiert.
