  Die Lage und der Balkon.
  Ein Balkon ist in dieser Gegend für Raucher schon fast notwendig.
  Die Lage zur Karli zu unserem Lieblings-Pub ist genauso wichtig.
  Da konnten wir den Tag ausklingen lassen.
  Es liegen auch jede Menge von Spielen, Büchern aus, die gelesen werden möchten oder eine Familie mit Kindern spielen kann.

  Ich habe mich wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und konnte mich gut entspannen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, detailreich, geschmack- und liebevoll gestaltet, kein anonymes Hotel. Für mich war allergiebedingt wichtig, dass ich für mich selbst kochen konnte und das war perfekt möglich – alles da, was man in der Küche so braucht.
  
  What could be improved: Mir hat alles gut gefallen, nur zwei Hinweise: Ich habe keinen Fernseher gesehen. Ich schaue fast nie fern, deswegen hat mich das nicht gestört. Aber vielleicht ist das für jemand anderen wichtig.
  Ebenso: Es sind viele Stufen und mehrere Türen im Treppenhaus, durch die man hindurchgeht. Für einen gesunden Menschen völlig ohne Probleme machbar aber wenn jemand Krücken braucht, vielleicht unangenehm.

  Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung entspricht nicht ganz meinem Stil aber das ist eine Geschmackssache. Wir waren sehr froh, dass wir unseren kleinen Hund mitbringen durften. Es ist schön, dass ein Balkon dabei ist. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel hat perfekt funktioniert, ohne dass wir eine genaue Ankunftszeit angeben mussten.
