What really sold me on this place was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re in the city center. Nordstraße isn’t one of those main drags where trams are clanging by at all hours, so you can actually sleep with the windows open when the weather’s nice. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too – no hovering around a fancy lobby, just quick and efficient. I honestly think the 8.3 rating it’s got is pretty spot-on. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re staying in Leipzig rather than just visiting it, you know? Perfect if you want to explore the city’s music scene (the Gewandhaus is walkable) or just wander through those beautiful old courtyards in the Mädler Passage area. Plus, parking isn’t the nightmare it can be in other parts of the city center – there are actually spots available if you’re driving, though honestly, you won’t need a car much once you’re settled in here.

  Es war alles da was man braucht. Die Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen ist sehr gut Innenstadt, Zoo, Bahnhof etc fußläufig erreichbar. Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Schlüsselübergabe.

  Der tolle Zoo und das Parkhaus (12€/24h) ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Stadt und ein großes Einkaufszentrum ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Schöne, gute Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Das Apartment ist für 2 Personen zum empfehlen.
