The location is honestly pretty solid – you’re right in Mitte, which means you can walk to most of the stuff you actually want to see without dealing with trams (though Leipzig’s tram system is surprisingly decent). I found myself wandering over to the Marktplatz in about fifteen minutes, and there’s this great little bakery just around the corner that the locals seem to hit up every morning around 7:30. The building itself sits on a quiet residential street, so you’re not dealing with street noise all night, but you’re still close enough to the action that you don’t feel isolated. Parking was… well, it’s street parking in a German city center, so you know what you’re getting into there.

What I really appreciated was how the apartments actually feel like apartments, not hotel rooms pretending to be something else. The kitchenette situation is legit enough that I ended up cooking a few meals instead of eating out every night – which honestly saved me a decent chunk of change. The furnishing is sort of that modern-but-not-trying-too-hard style, nothing fancy but everything works properly. I had this corner unit that got amazing light in the afternoon, and the wifi was actually fast enough to video call home without wanting to throw my laptop out the window. The 7.6 rating makes sense to me – it’s not going to blow your mind, but there weren’t any nasty surprises either. Check-in was straightforward, the staff spoke English well enough (my German is pretty terrible), and honestly the whole experience just felt… comfortable, I guess? Like staying at a friend’s place who has their life together. If you’re the type who values having your own space over hotel amenities you’ll never use anyway, this place gets it right.

  Der Wille es nach Premium aussehen zu lassen war im Ansatz zu erkennen
  
  What could be improved: Sauberkeit war maximal mittelmäßig. Auch die Bettwäsche musste bei Ankunft getauscht werden. Die versprochen Hygiene Artikel bestanden aus einem leeren Seifenspender. Den Fön, der vorhanden sein sollte, haben wir vergeblich gesucht.
  Die Küchenausstattung war wohl ebenfalls aus einem Sammelkatalog. Von einer Mikrowelle keine Spur. Bei drei Tagen Aufenthalt braucht man ja Gott sei Dank keine Waschmaschine die da hätte stehen sollen. Selbstleerung einer Abfalltüte war auch nicht möglich, da jeglicher Hinweis wohin damit fehlte.
  Das TV Gerät begnügte sich lediglich mit einem Internet Zugang ohne App für Live TV. Nur ARD und ZDF App ist halt etwas wenig denn alle anderen App bedurften einer zahlungspflichtigen Anmeldung.
  Die in den warmen Tagen zuvor sehr aufgeheizte Unterkunft ist auch dank einer fehlenden Klimaanlage oder ähnlichem nicht kühler zu bekommen . Schlafen in der Nacht dank des Stadtlärmes mit offenem Fenster fast unmöglich.

• Wegen des Rauches würde ich leider nicht nochmal kommen, allerdings kann ich mir gut vorstellen, dass man das Problem in – Henri from Germany – 15 February 2025 (6/10)

  Die Unterkunft war geräumig, sauber und man hatte eigentlich alles was man für ein paar Tage brauchte.
  
  What could be improved: Leider hat es in der Unterkunft nach Rauch gerochen, wobei wir auch einen direkten Kontakt zum Vermieter hatten, welcher sehr bemüht darum war das Problem zu lösen. Für mich trotzdem leider ein negativer Punkt an der ansonsten guten Wohnung.

  El apartamento es muy cómodo , limpio , el wifi trabaja bien, todo está nuevo y huele a nuevo , la ubicación buenísima tiene todo cerca , la cocina tiene buen menaje , es tranquilo . Quedé encantada y regresaría sin pensarlo le doy un 10 de 10 , su anfitrión muy amable y presente
