You’re about 15 minutes from the city center by tram, which gives you that perfect balance — close enough to explore everything Leipzig offers, but far enough to escape the crowds when you want to unwind. The neighborhood has this lived-in, authentic German feel that you just don’t get in the hotel districts. There’s a decent bakery around the corner, and honestly, waking up to grab fresh bread felt more like living in Leipzig than just visiting it. The area truly captures the essence of what makes this destination special.

  Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist unschlagbar. Direkt am Park und kein Straßenverkehr.
  
  What could be improved: Die Verdunklung der Schlafzimmer könnte noch etwas besser sein, da auch die Schlafzimmertüren aus Glas sind. Im Sommer ist es hier spät dunkel und früh hell.

  Authentisches Haus in ruhiger Lage. Ein Park und eine Hundewiese befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es an der Straße. Die S-Bahn-Station ist in etwa 12 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und von dort erreicht man das Stadtzentrum in ca. 15 Minuten. Der Wintergarten ist ein besonderes Highlight, und wir haben uns sehr über die Grillmöglichkeiten gefreut. Lidl und andere Geschäfte sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen

  "Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen, jedoch gab es ein paar kleine Unannehmlichkeiten. Das Geschirr war teilweise nicht sauber, und die Toilette im ersten Stock war leider nicht benutzbar.

  Ferienwohnung am Stadtrand von Leipzig. Sehr nette Vermieter, der Kontakt lief problemlos. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, per ÖPNV kann alles gut erreicht werden.

  Het was even moeilijk om het huis in het donker en met regen te vinden maar uiteindelijk hebben we met het gezin een goede tijd gehad in Leipzig.

  Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Lage direkt am Park war toll. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und gut eingerichtet. Alles prima!
