Leipzig’s Nord district might not be where first-time visitors automatically think to stay, but that’s actually part of its charm. You’re living among actual residents rather than being stuck in a tourist bubble, and the area has this lovely mix of pre-war architecture and newer developments that gives you a real sense of how the city has evolved. The S-Bahn connections are genuinely convenient – I could get to the Hauptbahnhof in about fifteen minutes, which meant exploring Leipzig’s fantastic music scene and those incredible Gründerzeit buildings in the center was never a hassle. Plus, parking here is infinitely easier than anywhere closer to the Altstadt, something anyone who’s tried to navigate Leipzig by car will immediately appreciate. The staff clearly takes pride in maintaining these apartments – everything felt fresh and well-cared-for, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward without a lot of unnecessary formality. It’s the kind of place where you might find yourself extending your stay just because it feels so much more livable than your average hotel room.

  Appartamento pulitissimo, con cucina ben fornita di piatti, posate, ciotoline, pentole necessarie per cucinare. Letto comodo, piccole attenzioni in bagno con prodotti per l'igiene personale eventualmente a disposizione dell'ospite, in caso non si abbiano con sé, così come spugne nuove in cucina (dettaglio assolutamente non scontato).
  Parcheggio privato esattamente di fronte la porta, simpatico terrazzino con tavolino per mangiare fuori, se la stagione lo permette. Ci ho trascorso solo 2 notti ma è perfetto per soggiorni ben più lunghi.

  Das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Man merkt, dass sich in die Gäste hineingedacht wurde. Die Sauberkeit hat keinerlei Makel. Als kleine Nebenwohnung der Besitzenden kann auf der Einfahrt geparkt werden. Die Begrüßung zur Schlüsselübergabe mit Besichtigung der Wohnung war sehr freundlich. Wer zur Messe möchte kann nicht besser übernachten, nur 3,5 km entfernt. Vielen Dank.
