  What could be improved: DO NOT BOOK this apartment if you are looking for comfort or convenience and are expecting that the amenities listed or pictured actually exist in this unit. First the pictures are not all of this unit. Items listed below do not exist in unit as advertised.
  A. Elevator does not service this floor
  B. Washer & dryer outside unit
  C. No microwave as pictured
  D. Air conditioning is controlled by owner’s phone and he does not keep it operating very long. We were told to open skylights in this attic apartment. Bugs galore and tree debris on beds when left open.
  E. Shower backed up and flooded bathroom & we had to wait till noon the following day. Could not shower in hot attic apartment!
  Owner does not seem to care about the comfort of his guests or that they enjoy their stay.

  The location is just perfect. Spacious apartment in a beautiful building.
  Very nice neighbourhood. Quiet place, near centrum (easily reachable by bike), close to a beautiful park.
  The guests were super friendly. They helped us in finding a place to store our own bikes and lent us an extra bike when needed. We felt very welcome.

  If there were 100 points for this apartment, I would definitely give them triple points. It was warm, positive and feel the good vibes. A very relaxing apartment. The owners were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me get a clue how to open the door. Spotless clean and felt at home, providing a peaceful atmosphere with every little detail. Two televisions, one in bedroom another in the living room. Air-conditioned with great amenities and very convenient location. Modern and so neat apartment.

  We stayed as a family of two adults, two teenage sons. The flat is spacious, and feels really luxurious. The kitchen is well equipped with good quality cutlery etc, everything is a notch above the "Ikea Basics" of many holiday homes. The location is great, a relatively quite residential area, but with lots of bakeries, a supermarket, restaurants, all within short walking distance.
  
  What could be improved: The property is in on the forth floor, the elevator is historic and lovely when it works, but in any case only reaches the third floor, you should be willing and able to climb stairs.
