Though honestly, there isn’t much street noise anyway since you’re on a residential street where the biggest excitement is usually someone walking their dog.

The location is one of those happy accidents where you’re close enough to everything but far enough away to sleep properly. Tram connections are solid – you can get to Leipzig’s center in maybe 15-20 minutes depending on which tram you catch, and there’s this great little bakery about a five-minute walk away where locals actually go (you’ll know it by the line on Saturday mornings). I actually ended up staying an extra day just because the whole setup felt more like borrowing a friend’s place than doing the hotel shuffle. The 9.4 rating isn’t just people being generous – it’s because Schröder has figured out that travelers want a base that works, not a bunch of fancy amenities they’ll never use. Plus, parking is actually manageable in this neighborhood, which anyone who’s driven in German cities will tell you is worth its weight in gold.   The place was very cosy, with all sorts of personal touch and the garden with the small pond is magnificent. We really enjoyed the stay. We were close to the city center (20 min drive as much of the road was in 30 km/h).
  However the sofa for the kid was not very comfortable, but we managed.

  Hilfsbereiter und sehr freundlicher Inhaber, Appartement sehr geräumig und wohnlich mit vielen Dekorationen, welche
  die hübsche Athmosphäre unterstreichen, dabei sehr hochwertiges Interieur. Ausserdem absolut ruhige Wohngegend.
  Wunderschöne große Terrasse mit Blick auf hübschen kleinen Teich plus Wasserfall.

  Diese Ferienwohnung ist ein Schmuckstück. Wir waren zwar nur kurz dort, haben uns aber sofort willkommen und wohl gefühlt.
  In 30 Minuten ist man mit dem 73er Bus direkt am Leipziger Hauptbahnhof. Sehr nette Vermieter und die Ausstattung ist tip top! Herzlichen Dank!

  Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Schöne Terrasse. Lage gut, um mit Pkw, aber auch ÖPNV ins Zentrum von Leipzig zu gelangen.

  Sehr ruhig gelegen und für 2 Personen gut ausgestattet. Man kann die Umgebung mit Auto oder Fahrrad gut erkunden. Für Pärchen welche ihre Ruhe suchen ist sie sehr gut geeignet. Nette Gastgeber. Sehr zu empfehlen. Kommen gerne wieder.
