  Die Ferienwohnung liegt sher ruhig und man kann Tram und Bus in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut.

  2-х комнатная квартира в хорошем доме. расположена на 2-м этаже с лифтом. Спальня с двумя кроватями, гостиная с диваном и большим столом, обстановка как на фото. Кухня хорошо оборудована, есть посудомоечная машина. Посуда, чайник, кофейный автомат старого образца, есть различные столовые приборы. На балконе стол и стулья. Ванная комната большая, с ванной. Хорошая звукоизоляция, не смотря на близость дороги. Напротив дома остановка автобусов 77 и Q, которые идут до площади Stannebeinplatz в сторону центра. К сожалению, сейчас в связи с ремонтом соседнего дома остановка автобусов из центра перенесена на соседнюю улицу. В принципе, до площади 1 остановка, можно идти и пешком. Хозяин квартиры встречал лично.
  
  What could be improved: Такой прекрасной ванной комнате не хватает стиральной машины. Утюг как-то странно работал, – быстро отключался. Ну и не относящийся к квартире минус – тротуары в этом районе не асфальтированные, а каменные, при чем из мелкого камня, так что катить чемоданы нелегко.

  Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung in die Wohnung durch eine sehr nette Vermieterin sehr gut. Wohnung sauber. Alles in der Wohnung vorhanden. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Altbauwohnung.

  What could be improved: Für die Fahrt mit der Straßenbahn vom nahen Stannebeinplatz in die Innenstadt/ Hauptbahnhof benötigt man gute Nerven. Das sehr bunte Publikum ist mit unter sehr aktiv und lautstark.
