The apartment itself has that solid German efficiency thing going on, but in a good way. Everything works exactly as it should, the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out when you need it most, and whoever set this place up actually thought about how people live for a few days somewhere. The kitchen’s got proper coffee-making equipment (thank god), and the windows are big enough that you get decent light even on those gray Saxon days. I’ll be honest though – the décor won’t win any design awards, but it’s comfortable and clean, which honestly matters more when you’re dealing with jet lag or long days exploring the city. The bed’s actually quite good, and the shower has proper water pressure, which… well, you know how hit-or-miss that can be in apartment rentals.

What really sells this place for me is the Clara Park connection – and I don’t just mean the name. You’re genuinely close to Clara-Zetkin-Park, which locals just call “Clara,” and that proximity changes everything about your Leipzig experience. Morning jogs along the river, evening walks when the light hits the trees just right, easy access to all those summer festivals they do in the park. Plus you’re positioned perfectly for the good stuff – Plagwitz is right there with its industrial-chic cafés and galleries, the Südvorstadt student scene is walkable, and you can actually get to Connewitz without dealing with multiple tram changes. Parking’s not terrible either, which anyone who’s driven in German cities will appreciate. The 7.7 rating feels about right – it’s not going to blow your mind, but it delivers on what it promises without any nasty surprises. For the price point and the neighborhood, it’s honestly a smart choice if you want to experience Leipzig like someone who actually lives here rather than just checking monuments off a list.

  Gefallen hat mir das die Unterkunft Zentral lag und wir die Dinge gut mit Bus und Bahn sowie Tram erreicht haben wo wir hin wollten.

  Good location, easy to collect keys from lockbox outside near main entrance door, host is friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with, apartment with spacious balcony faces to the backyard, therefore no noise from the road, tram line at your doorstep, close to town centre, many options nearby for food.
  
  What could be improved: Apartment needs more hanging space for clothes or towels in bathroom, kitchen very basic, bathroom with clean bath tub, but shower was very mouldy. Mattress, blankets, pillows and linen seem very old, neighbour's TV was very loud at night time, hallways smelled strongly of smoke, hallway light doesn't stay on long enough.

  Ya conocía este alojamientoo y por eso hemos vuelto a él. Es justo lo que necesitamos para una estancia corta y está muy cerca del familar que ibamos a visitar. Está muy bien comunicado con el tranvía. Tiene un supermercado cerca con todo lo necesario y una panadería.
  
  What could be improved: Lo que hemos echado en falta es tener un armario, pues solo hay unas perchas en la entrada. Las cápsulas de café, que solo había tres, son dificiles de encontrar por el tamaño que tienen, ni grandes ni pequeñas.

  The accommodation is easy to find, the owner of the apartment explained to us the procedure for getting the keys.
  
  What could be improved: It said that the apartment has a parking space, but in the evening hours it was impossible to find a parking space around the building, everything was taken. The owner of the apartment explained the procedure for taking the key, but he didn't write down the number of the apartment anywhere, the number of the apartment was written on the key, but in reality it was another apartment number, when I contacted the owner of the apartment, he only spoke in German, it's impossible to communicate if you don't know German . Bad communication, indifference of the owner to help, extremely bad experience.

  Atrakcyjna lokalizacja z dobrym dojazdem komunikacją do centrum Lipska. Estetycznie urządzony apartament, wygodne łóżka, balkon. W okolicy park, sklepy oraz restauracje (polecamy nepalską!).

  Great location – the tram stop to the city center is on the other side of the street. The apartments are quite spacious, all the basic kitchen appliances were available. REWE supermarket is in about 10 min walk. It was quite easy to find a free parking lot in the neighborhood.
  
  What could be improved: – the laminated flooring appeared to be slippery – the kids were falling all the time & were gliding over the floor using the carpets
  – it would be great to have a table lamp
  – there was no forced ventilation / recuperation , I could see a hole in the wall near the kitchen block, so I assume it was removed for the winter season. As the result, when the windows were closed, the air was coming in through the slits of the apt door – the corridor smells & cigarette smoke were coming from outside.
