The apartment itself sits in what’s clearly an old industrial building, and they’ve done this nice job of keeping some of the original character while making it comfortable. The ceilings are higher than you’d expect, and there’s something about the thick walls that keeps things surprisingly quiet, even though you’re right on a main street.

What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to score a 9.2 rating without trying too hard to be fancy. The place just works, you know? Everything’s clean and functional, the WiFi doesn’t cut out every five minutes (which honestly can’t be said for a lot of places in Leipzig’s older buildings), and whoever runs it clearly knows what travelers actually need versus what looks good in photos. I stayed here during one of those typical German spring weeks where it’s sunny one day and freezing the next, and the heating system handled it perfectly – which might sound boring, but you’d be surprised how many places get that wrong. The kitchen setup is solid if you want to grab groceries and cook something (there’s an EDEKA pretty close by), and the whole space feels more like staying in a friend’s apartment than a sterile hotel room. Leipzig has this wonderful mix of history and everyday German life that you can’t really experience from the standard hotels near the Hauptbahnhof, and staying out in Nordwest gives you a better sense of what the city actually feels like when it’s not performing for visitors.

  Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Wirklich hilfsbereit bei Fragen rund um Leipzig. Sehr familienfreundlich und großzügig. Interessiert an das Wohl der Mieter. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt, in der mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Wohnung. Sehr gute Infrastruktur, Bahnhof fußläufig zu erreichen und eigener Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.   Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung "Alte Brauerei". Die großzügig geschnittene Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Bei der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Die FW liegt sehr ruhig etwas außerhalb von Leipzig, jedoch mit guter Straßenbahnanbindung in die Stadt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und vom ersten Kontakt an sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

  Noteikti iesaku šo vietu. Patika pilnīgi viss. Sagaidīja un pavadīja ļoti jauki saimnieki. Mājiņā ir viss, kas nepieciešams, ir padomāts pilnīgi par visu. Viss ir ļoti tīrs, jauns un patīkams lietošanai. Jūtamies kā mājās un ja kādreiz atgriezīsimies Leipcigā, noteikti ņemsim šo dzīves vietu. Mašīnu varējām novietot tieši pie mājas durvīm.

  Es ist eine sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung- mit Liebe zum Detail. Klein aber fein ist hier absolut zutreffend.
  Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, und in ca 600 m hat man die S- Bahn Station erreicht. Von hier ist man innerhalb kürzester Zeit in Leipzig Mitte.
