  Is good location. You can go to the center by buss or tram. On the place there was like 3 rooms for myself. Plenty space.

  What could be improved: Für Leute mit einer Gehbehinderung nur bedingt geeignet. Es gibt eine schmale steile Treppe. Um mit ÖPNV nach Leipzig rein zu kommen braucht man Zeit.

  Nice quiet location, near to city centre. Comfortable living and sleeping areas, nice large bathroom.
  
  What could be improved: Very small, basic kitchen area. No oven, just a 2 ring hob. The property was hard to find on arrival because a new house has been built in front of it, and access is now from the street behind, which is a different address.
