  The badroom needs some maintenance. It was certainly clean but maintenance is needed. Sink does not drain properly, drain is almost clogged, radiator is bit rusty, joints have black spots. shower hose leaks heavily..
  
  We did not manage to make drinkable Coffee with the machine..I think the bean grinder does not work properly. Fortunately there was a filter holder to make handmade Coffee..
  Kitchen equipment (including cutlery and glasses) was sparse.

  Leider waren einige Dinge defekt: Duschschlauch spritzt, Türgriff locker. Kühlschrank ist entweder falsch eingestellt oder defekt.
  – Geschirr nicht vollständig sauber und Haare von Vorgänger in Waschbecken und Lappen.

  Die kleine Ferienwohnung hat eine hervorragende Lage. Wir konnten die meisten der für uns interessanten Punkte der Stadt zu Fuß erreichen. Trotzdem war es ruhig und wir haben ungestört geschlafen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, aber für längere Aufenthalte würden wir mit drei Personen das nächste Mal lieber eine etwas größere nehmen. Für zwei Personen ist sie ideal.
  Parkenplätze gibt es viele, aber auch viele parkende Autos. So mussten wir etwas suchen, es war aber zumutbar und kein wirkliches Problem.
  Ein Sonderwunsch wurde uns unkompliziert, auch außerhalb der Geschäftszeit, erfüllt. Dafür nochmals danke!
  Auf jeden Fall ist Leipzig eine Reise wert und die Wohnung ein guter Ausgangspunkt.

  L'appartamento è ben posizionato e offre tutti confort per un buon soggiorno. Bene anche lo staff sempre presente a supporto per qualsiasi evenienza.
  
  What could be improved: Essendo posizionato a pian terreno si è soggetti agli occhi di chi passa. È assolutamente necessario che venga provvisto di tende da giorno e non solo quelle da notte.

  goede ligging ten opzichte van het centrum. Het is een compact appartement met aparte slaapkamer en goede bedden. klein keukenblok met 2 electrische pitten. goede keukenuitrusting. Geen eettafel, maar eetbar met 2 krukken. Het ligt op de 1e woonlaag aan de straatkant in een klassiek gebouw. Soms wat geluid van de straat.
  
  What could be improved: toegepaste materialen en het onderhouden daarvan vergen wat aandacht: het houten keukenblad kierde op diverse plekken waardoor er vocht in blijft zitten; achterwand keuken bestaat uit steenstrips, die niet schoongemaakt kunnen worden; voegwerk in badkamer heeft een opfrisser nodig.

  Die Unterkunft ist wundervoll stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man sich für einen tollen Aufenthalt vorstellen kann. Wir fühlten uns wohl und da Leipzig sehr verregnet war, konnten wir bequem ein paar Stunden mit einem heissen Tee auf der Couch chillen.
  
  What could be improved: große Handtücher und ein Kopfkissen für die Couchschläferin haben uns leider gefehlt – oder wir haben es nicht gefunden. jammern auf hohem Niveau!
