The trams run regularly from nearby stops, and you’re maybe fifteen minutes from the Hauptbahnhof if you need to catch a train.

The neighborhood has this lived-in quality that I really appreciated. There’s a decent bakery about a three-minute walk away (turn left out the building, you can’t miss it), and the local Edeka is close enough for groceries without being right on top of you. I noticed families walking around in the evenings, people walking their dogs – it feels safe and settled. The apartment itself has those little touches that show someone actually cares about the space: good lighting, decent wifi that didn’t cut out during video calls, and – this might sound small but it matters – proper hangers in the closets. The beds are comfortable too, though the one in the smaller bedroom is a bit firmer than some people might like. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle during the day, but evenings and weekends weren’t too bad. One thing worth mentioning: the building entrance can be a little tricky to find the first time (it’s sort of tucked back from the street), but once you know where it is, you’re golden. For a 3-star place, it honestly punches above its weight – you’re getting apartment-style space and privacy with the convenience of hotel-style booking, and in Leipzig, that combination is harder to find than you’d think.

  Die Wohnung ist recht groß. Wenn die Straßenbahn fährt gibt es auch eine gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt und direkt nebenan liegt ein Kaufland für perfekte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
  
  Alles war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet.
  
  Der Check-in war modern über eine App und ein Smart-Schloss.
  
  What could be improved: Bei einer so schicken Küche hätte ich bessere Ausstattung erwartet. So Dinge wie Spüli, Schere, tiefe Teller, Eierpikser, Geschirrtücher, usw.
  
  Die Dusche könnte mal eine Rohrreinigung vertragen, da das Wasser nicht abläuft.

  It was a clean and well prepared apartment. All the staff that you need were prepared. Close to the shopping center.
  
  What could be improved: You need to download and install an app to access the apartment. The app didn't work for me the first night when we arrived, so I had to contact the host for help. The extra beds were not comfortable. The apartment probably fits better for a couple than a family.

  Чудові апартаменти, обладнані усім необхідним. Велика площа. Зручні ліжка. Сучасний дизайн, нові меблі. Магазин Кауфланд в 100 метрах ходьби.
  Безкоштовна стоянка для авто за 300 метрів, біля магазину Rossman. Ми не змогли відкрити вхідні двері при заселенні, але власник відкрив нам дистанційно. До речі власник спілкується кількома мовами включно з польською. Це дуже зручно. Дякую Денісе.
  Загалом ми були у захваті. Усім рекомендую.
