Location-wise, you’re basically perfectly positioned to explore everything without feeling like a tourist trapped in hotel-land. Walk five minutes in any direction and you’ll hit something interesting – whether it’s the old trade fair grounds, some fantastic little cafés that locals actually frequent, or those winding streets where you can still see traces of Leipzig’s incredible history. The Bach connection isn’t just street name dropping either; you’re genuinely in the area where musical history happened, which gives the whole neighborhood this subtle cultural weight that’s pretty cool to experience. The 7.9 rating feels about right – it’s not trying to be luxury (hence the 3-star designation), but it delivers exactly what it promises with some nice touches that show someone actually thought about what travelers need. Honestly, it’s the kind of place where you end up staying longer than planned because it feels more like borrowing a friend’s apartment than checking into a hotel.

  Die Nähe zum Zentrum und der Park sind super. Die kleine Wohnung ist für 3 Personen etwas eng, für 2 gut geeignet. Moderne, zweckmäßige Einrichtung, leichtes Einchecken. Empfehlenswert!
  
  What could be improved: Die Wohnung hat zwar eine Küchenzeile, aber keine Küchenutensilien. Das ist aber sicher leicht zu besorgen.

  Great communication from the host, easy to self check-in. Had all the amenities we needed, and lots of space. Few minutes walk to supermarket. Bed very comfortable and lots of seating and places to put our things. Very clean.
  
  What could be improved: Shower takes a long time to drain, so had to keep turning water off and waiting. Apartment very hot and no air-conditioning. We opened windows to let in fresh air when we were there, but that also meant noisy and not secure. Blinds weren't light-blocking so never dark. Having said that, there were way more pro's than cons and we would definitely stay again.

  Der ehemalige Laden im Erdgeschoß ist geschmackvoll umgebaut worden. Für uns war die Nähe zur Schwimmhalle sehr entscheidend, da wir Wettkampfteilnehmer waren.
  
  What could be improved: Die Eingangstür (ehemalige Ladentür) ist keine Hauseingangstür und da man sofort in der Wohnung steht, musste man sich einschließen, um nicht unverhofft Gäste zu haben. Leider war die Wohnung sehr hellhörig und die gesprungenen Fensterscheiben vermittelten einem nicht gerade eine sichere Behausung zu haben. Der einzige Haken zum Aufhängen von Sachen war die Kommode am Eingang, die uns nach Aufhängen einer Jacke fast entgegen kam. Sehr schade, denn auf den ersten Blick fanden wir es sehr einladend und gemüthlich.

  Ansprechende schöne Ersatz-Wohnung.

  What could be improved: Leider keine gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.
  Uns wurde zugesagt, dass wir bereits um 14 Uhr die Wohnung beziehen können. Dann war allerdings kein Schlüssel hinterlegt, wir mussten 1 Stunde warten, bis jemand kam und uns dann erklärte, dass die Wohnung noch nicht fertig ist…
  Eine andere Wohnung war glücklicherweise frei und konnte von uns bezogen werden.
  Eine versprochene, nicht von uns geforderte Gutschrift haben wir auch nach Nachfrage leider nie erhalten.

• Gute Lage in Richtung Red Bull Arena und Leipzig-Arena, Zentrum fußläufig gut erreichbar. – Steffus from Germany – 30 July 2024 (7/10)

  Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, ansprechende Gestaltung. Sauber und gepflegt. Größe für zwei Personen ausreichend.
  
  What could be improved: Duschwanne schlecht abgelaufen, Griff an der Eingangstür durch fehlende Schraube innen abgefallen, Belüftung schlecht möglich, da Fenster ebenerdig zur Straße gerichtet. Fehlende Handtuchhalter im Bad.

  Leider war die Schlüsselübergabe nicht gut da ich keine Information über Standort und Schlüsselsave bekommen habe.Mir wurde eine Mail gesand aber die gleiche Mail bekam ich schon am 10.06.2024 und nichts über die Schlüsselübergabe. Es hat dann aber doch mit mehrmaligen Telfonaten und Gesprächen geklappt. Der Aufenthalt war durch die Nähe an der Red Bull Arena super. Noch ein kleiner Hinweis wenn schon eine Nesspresso Kaffemaschiene vorhanden ist wär es sinnvoll ein paar Kappseln zu Verfügung zu stellen. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr schön.
