The name gives it away, but there’s genuinely a coffee bar right there, which I mean, who doesn’t want caffeine within arm’s reach when they’re traveling?

Location & Neighborhood

The Mitte district location is pretty much perfect if you want to be in the thick of things without the tourist chaos. Leipzig isn’t Berlin, but that’s actually what makes it great — you get all the culture and energy without feeling like you’re fighting crowds everywhere you go. Blumenstraße puts you walking distance from the main sights, and couples seem to absolutely love it here (they’re rating the location 9.4, which honestly makes sense). You can stroll to the old town square in about ten minutes, or duck into one of those cozy wine bars that Leipzig does so well.

The Space

This four-star apartment feels more like staying at a design-savvy friend’s place than a typical hotel. The modern touches are everywhere but not overwhelming — clean lines, good lighting, and furniture that actually looks comfortable rather than just photogenic. The kitchen setup is surprisingly well-equipped; I’ve stayed in places that claim to have kitchens but only give you a microwave and hope. Here you could actually cook a proper meal if you wanted to skip the restaurant scene for a night.

Daily Rhythms

That coffee bar I mentioned? It’s not just for show. Starting your morning there while planning your day feels natural, and the quality is legitimately good — not hotel lobby coffee masquerading as the real thing. The whole setup encourages you to linger a bit, which is nice when you’re trying to ease into vacation mode. The room itself has this calm, uncluttered vibe that makes it easy to unwind after a day of exploring Leipzig’s surprisingly rich music and arts scene.

The location gets consistently high marks because it’s genuinely useful — you’re central enough to walk most places but tucked away from any street noise.   Gute Ausstattung, viele Steckdosen, Adapter für USB-Ladekabel, gemütliches, großes Bett… Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es trotz zentraler Lage ruhig.
  Auch, wenn wir sie nicht genutzt haben, haben wir uns sehr über die Oatly Minis bei der Kaffeebar gefreut.

  1. Прекрасное месторасположение: 5 мин до остановки и минут 10-12 добираться до главного железнодорожного вокзала.
  2. Очень уютная, чистая и комфортабельная квартира как по планировке, так и по всему тому, что есть в ней. А это и стиральная/сушильная машинка, ванна, кофемашина, шикарный большой телевизор с бесплатным Netflix, духовка, регулируемое отопление! Мы чувствовали себя практически как дома!
  3. Хозяева квартиры всегда на связи, отвечают и решают любые вопросы!
  Мы встретили новый год под взрывы салютов, которые было видно из окон этой квартиры. И даже на улицу не нужно было выходить!
  Однозначно рекомендую!

  Sehr schöne Unterkunft bei der vom Kontakt zu den Inhabern über die schöne Ausstattung alles gepasst hat . Preis-Leistung ist echt spitze .
  Es war sehr sauber und es ist wirklich an alles gedacht worden . WLAN super .
  Es gibt Frisches Bettzeug , Handtücher, alle Utensilien für die Küche , spielesammlungen , TV mit Netflix, Kaffee / Tee , Waschmaschine / Trockner , Bügeleisen , Fön, …
  Ein Parkplatz konnte direkt vor der Unterkunft gefunden werden ohne eine Gebühr.
  
  Fußweg bis zur Innenstadt ca. 20 Minuten 🙂
  Eine Straßenbahn ist außerdem sehr schnell erreichbar ( ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß )
  
  Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen .

  2週間の滞在だったので、毎日料理を作りました。
  キッチンのコンロは電熱線タイプでしたが、調理器具や食器も充実していました。
  洗濯機も新しい感じでしたが、全自動という感じではなく、使い方にちょっと苦労しましたが、滞在が少し長かったのでとても助かりました。
  シャワーの水圧もそこそこありました。
  Wi-Fiも動画が見られるくらいのスピードはありました。
  トラムの駅まで信号待ちを入れて5分、Sバーンの駅まで7分とどちらも使えました。
  滞在が長い方にはお勧めです。
  
  What could be improved: チェックインからチェックアウトまで、リネンの交換やコーヒー、トイレットペーパー、洗剤の追加はなく、自分たちで補充しました。
  ハウスキーが一つしかないので、別行動の時少し困りました。
  ゴミも1週間経つと溜まってきて小蝿が増えてきました。

  Nicely renovated apartment, neat and clean. Everything is well-maintained, nice and tidy. Small functional kitchen, small induction, microwave and fridge, enough for a small family. No dishwasher. Bathroom is the right size, has a washing machine.
  
  What could be improved: Some smaller issues that we encountered were 1) Building entrance door did not open as it was conveyed, had to wait till somebody was coming out of the building; 2) Don't know why but there were not enough bed-sheets, towels and pillows on Day 1. So first night was difficult to manage, though they provided the things on the 2nd day. 3) The sofa-cum-bed is not really a good size for 2 people.

  Sehr schönes und gut gepflegtes Appartment. Für eine Geschäftsreise war es ideal, da man nach nur 2 Stationen mit der Tram am Bahnhof und in der Stadt war und in ca. 15 min ohne Umsteigen direkt am Kongresszentrum. Die Angabe, wie lange man zur Bahnhaltestelle braucht, ist relativ großzügig geschätzt, bei mir waren es ca. 2 min plus/minus Ampelwartezeiten.
  
  What could be improved: In der Wohnungsbeschreibung bei der Buchung war nicht angegeben, ob es z.B. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und einen Fön gibt (Teile davon konnte man aber aus den Bildern schließen). Das sollte man ergänzen, zumal die Wohnung wirklich gut ausgestattet ist.
