The room I stayed in lived up to that “cosy and modern” promise without feeling like a design magazine threw up everywhere. Clean lines, comfortable bedding, and — this matters more than you’d think — really good blackout curtains. The bathroom was compact but well-designed, with one of those rainfall showers that actually works properly. What I appreciated most was the attention to small details: decent lighting for reading, enough power outlets where you actually need them, and windows that open properly for fresh air.

There’s this great little bakery about two blocks down that does incredible pretzels, and the Karl-Heine-Kanal runs nearby — perfect for morning walks or evening strolls.   Gemütliche Wohnung „mittendrin“ und man ist auch schnell im Grünen (z.B.am Kanal).
  Bei geschlossenen Fenstern konnten wir wunderbar schlafen und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos und immer zeitnah.Gerne wieder!

  What could be improved: Die Straße ist wirklich laut, Hauptstraße im szeneviertel. Wer dies kennt und mag freut sich Ansonsten sind Ohrenstöpsel zu empfehlen. Die fenster halten den schall gut ab.

  Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet
  
  What could be improved: Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer sehr schlechten Gegend. Extreme Lautstärke und sehr dreckige Gegend.
  Extrem bemalte Eingangstür, Müll vor der Wohnungstür von der Nachbarin. Der beschriebene Garten, den es angeblich geben soll, ist zugemüllt und zugewachsen. Es gibt schlichtweg keinen Garten. Rauchverbot im ganzen Haus und an allen öffentlichen Stellen des Hauses? Fehlanzeige. Müll über Müll und überall liegen Kippen rum. Ich habe meine Reise vorzeitig abgebrochen und es kam KEIN entgegenkommen des Eigentümers.

  Super freundlicher Kontakt! Einfacher Check-In, es besteht kein Grund zur Sorge, wenn man sieht, dass die Tür sich per App öffnen lassen soll. Hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus und mit der Bahn ohne Umstieg in maximal 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt (/Hbf). Klasse fanden wir auch, dass einfache Sachen wie Pfeffer und Salz vorhanden waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

  Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Außer zum schlafen habe ich es nicht genutzt, das Bett ist sehr bequem. Ausgeklügeltes smart-home System mit dem sich die Wohnungstür per Smartphone öffnen lässt. Sehr guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.
