  Sehr gute Lage, man ist sofort in der Innenstadt. Ein Konsum ist gleich ums Eck für den Einkauf des täglichen bedarfs. Sehr nette Eigentümer, alles komplett unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, die Einrichtung ist auch toll und die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist auch top und ca.30m vom Eingang entfernt. Durch die Innenhoflage ist es sehr ruhig und man entkommt dem Großstadtdschungel.

  Die Wohnung ist einfach großartig und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und hatten dort reichlich Platz. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und auch sonst ist die Ausstattung top. Lieben Dank an die Gastgeber, dass sie so eine schöne Wohnung in dieser Lage anbieten. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Leipzig sind, kommt die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder in Frage.

  Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, toll eingerichtet, ich wäre am liebsten gleich eingezogen. Gemütliche Betten, schönes großes Sofa, großes Badezimmer, moderne Küche. Die Lage ist super, seht stadtnah, ruhig gelegen. Parkmöglichkeit ist gegeben, in Tiefgarage. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett. Absolut empfehlenswert!

  A very spacious and beautiful apartment, perfect for relaxing and spending time. There is an underground parking garage, and a store is conveniently located nearby.
  
  What could be improved: However, the check-in process and key handover system need significant improvement. We traveled by car and used the address provided on Booking.com in our GPS. As it turned out later, we arrived on the opposite side of the property. It was nearby, but difficult to navigate.
  
  Upon arrival, I called the host as instructed. I expected the host to meet us at the apartment, but instead, he had hidden the key. He sent me a photo showing where the key was hidden—in some bushes. It took me a very long time to locate them. It was dark, raining heavily, and I had to search through the bushes for the key.
  
  When I finally found it, there were no instructions: How to open the gates? Which door leads to the apartment? How to access the parking garage? These are questions every guest would naturally have! Searching for the key, the entrance, and the parking space took an hour, leaving us cold and soaked.
  
  Once inside the apartment, we discovered that the parking gate key was broken. The host promised to bring a replacement the next day but never did and didn’t follow up.
  
  While the apartment itself was lovely, the check-in experience was extremely stressful and needs urgent attention to improve the guest experience.

  Location was superb opposite the local transport tram stop. It was a very easy walk into the main square, Hauptbahnhof, restaurants, etc. The apartment was cosy and welcoming with all the facilities needed in the kitchen, lounge and bedrooms. Leipzig is a beautiful, friendly and interesting place with such a lovely feel. We will return!
  
  What could be improved: The parking is not guaranteed. There are only two places available, but presently the owner has no control over these casual parking spaces. He hopes to have a secured space by July 2023 in the below ground car park. We had to park outside the laundromat next door. There is also no washing machine or dryer.
