• Schönes Apartment mit im Sommer bei nachts geöffneten Fenster nicht so ganz ruhigen Lage – Joachim from Germany – 7 July 2025 (8/10)

  Wir haben zum zweiten Mal in diesem Apartment übernachtet, weil uns die Lage und die Ausstattung (abgesehen vom minimalistischen Geschirr und Gläser) in 12/2024 überzeugt hatten (vgl. damalige Bewertung).
  
  What could be improved: Nachdem es während unseres Aufenthalts sehr heiß in Leipzig war und das Apartment keine Klimaanlage hat, musste man auch nachts die Fenster offen halten, um etwas Kühle ins Zimmer zu bekommen. Leider zeigte sich hier der Nachteil der eng bebauten Gottschedstraße. Kaminartig war sowohl der Verkehr als auch die bis spät in die Nacht durch die Straße gehenden lebensfrohen Leipziger zu hören. Im Sommer würden wir daher die Wohnung trotz ihrer guten Lage und Ausstattung nicht nochmals wählen.

  Die Wohnung ist neu saniert und nett eingerichtet.

  Im Großen und Ganzen sehr gut, liebevoll, freundlich eingerichtet, es lädt ein zum Verweilen. In dem Bett und auf dem Sofa konnte man gut geschlafen [vielleicht die Bettwäsche vorher bügeln, war sehr zerknittert] –

  What could be improved: Im Kühlschrank waren Getränke die bereits abgelaufen sind | quasi 1 Jahr über dem Ablaufdatum. Auf dem Esstisch war eine Weinflasche [alkoholfrei] mit dem Ablaufdatum 2017 (nicht gut wenn irgendwann Kontrollen mal durchgeführt werden, oder jemand ohne hinten drauf zu schauen, die Getränke trinkt) bitte da aufpassen. Ich bin selbst im Restaurant/Hotelbereich tätig. Spinnenweben an den Decken, an den Kühlschränken Handdatscher, im Bad oben an den Fliesen war noch der Putz von der Farbe dran. Am Ventilator, auf Schränken bissel Staub.
  Das Internet manchmal langsam, TV reagiert ab und an nicht gut.

• Wohlfühl-Apartment in zentraler Innenstadtlage von Leipzig – Joachim from Germany – 23 December 2024 (10/10)

  Schönes kleines, gut ausgestattetes Apartment für 2 Personen in Top-Innenstadtlage von Leipzig. Trotz Zentrumsnähe sehr ruhig gelegen. Parken je nach Nachfrage direkt vor dem Haus möglich (wir hatten Glück). Nahversorger und diverse Restaurants, Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Straßenbahn-Haltestelle 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
  
  What could be improved: Ein paar mehr Gläser und Besteck wären nicht schlecht, damit die Geschirrspülmaschine auch mal Pause hat. Zudem noch ein weiterer Haken im Bad für die Handtücher.

  The apartment was very nice and clean. It had everything needed for our stay and even more. We were lucky with the parking but there is also a parking house nearby. It was at a perfect location for us because we were going to the Red Bull Arena and it's in a 15 minutes walking distance.
