The parking situation is refreshingly straightforward (no hunting for spaces or deciphering complex pricing schemes), and the rooms have this lived-in comfort that’s hard to fake. I’m talking proper blackout curtains that actually block light, decent water pressure, and – this might sound weird but hear me out – the kind of quiet that lets you sleep past 7 AM even though you’re in a medical district. The staff seems to get that travelers aren’t all the same either. Some people want recommendations for Leipzig’s famous Bach sites, others just need to know where the nearest decent coffee is before 8 AM (it’s that little café about three blocks toward the city center, by the way).

  the space was great, the apartament was clean and you had most of the things you need, except for a mop to clean the floors
  
  What could be improved: it was a little harder than usual to talk with the owners due to the fact that their english was not at a level that you would expect. the other problem is that the photos show a yard where you can stay outside but there is nothing like that, there is no fance.

  Die Lage war wirklich gut. Man ist schnell in der Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker in der Nähe. Privater Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Auf dem Balkon kann man schön sitzen.
  
  What could be improved: Wir hätten Sitzmöbel auf dem Balkon schön gefunden. Man kann dort nämlich sehr schön sitzen und auch frühstücken. Auch ein Wäscheständer für nasse Handtücher wäre gut weil man zu fünft doch Schwierigkeiten hat sonst seine Handtücher zu trocknen.

  Es waren zwei Parkplätze vorhanden und ein großer Balkon (auf welchen man auch den schönen, großen, leicht zu transportierenden Esstisch hätte stellen können bei gutem Wetter), die Lage war extrem ruhig in einem Wohngebiet, alles sehr unkompliziert mit der Vermieterin

  Wir haben relativ spontan gebucht und diese tolle Wohnung entdeckt.
  Wir durften mit unseren drei Hundedamen anreisen,was uns sehr wichtig war.
  Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse und einen kleinen Garten am Haus,das fanden wir auch toll.
  Frau Süß,welche uns koordiniert hat war sehr freundlich 🙂
  Es roch sehr gut in der Wohnung und alles ist sehr gepflegt.
  Uns gefiel die moderne aber schlichte Einrichtung und sogar das Toilettenpapier hat uns "begrüßt".
  
  What could be improved: Der baulichen Struktur ist es sicher geschuldet,dass es recht warm innerhalb der Wohnung wurde,wir waren an Tagen mit 30° dort.
  Uns hat nicht gefallen,dass wir aus eigenen Stücken,
  nach zwei Nächten abreisen mussten 🙂
