The apartments themselves are solidly three-star – nothing fancy, but everything works the way it should. The rooms have that slightly worn-in feeling that I actually prefer over sterile hotel perfection. Think IKEA furniture that’s been lived with for a few years, decent-sized windows (important in German buildings, trust me), and kitchenettes that are small but functional if you want to grab groceries from the Rewe nearby instead of eating out every meal. Honestly, the 7.1 rating feels about right – it’s the kind of place where you sleep well, the WiFi doesn’t cut out during your video calls, and the shower has proper water pressure. What more do you really need?

Here’s what I love about staying here though – you’re close enough to Leipzig’s center that you can walk to the main train station in about fifteen minutes, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with weekend party noise or tour groups clogging up the sidewalks. The tram connections are actually pretty solid too, which locals will tell you matters more than being right in the Altstadt anyway. And parking… well, it’s street parking, but it’s not the nightmare you’d face closer to the university area. I stayed here during spring when Leipzig gets really lovely, and there’s something nice about coming home to a quiet street after spending the day exploring the more touristy bits. It’s not going to wow anyone on Instagram, but if you want a clean, comfortable base for actually experiencing Leipzig rather than just checking it off a list, this place delivers exactly what it promises.

Travelers should reserve a hotel in Leipzig at least two months ahead for major events like the Bach Festival, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near cultural attractions.

  What could be improved: The stairs! 62 to the top floor . Also it was impossible to get in with the codes being wrong on arrival. It took us a while to get our key.

  What could be improved: The code system to open main door, building door and two apt door is too complicated, and it didn’t work for me twice!!! Suggest to change to a more friendly way. Also please in Apt 1, studio 1 provide the window in the wall between the room and the shower with a curtain!!!! So you are not obliged to show EVERYTHING to your room partner while you shower!!!

  Very nice parta of leipzig, close to the red bull arena. A lot pubs and restaurants nearby.
  
  What could be improved: There were not dark curtains, so at 6am there was as light as in midday, we could not sleep. We also had troubles with automatic door lock which sees to open only sometimes, the lady on phone service was not very helpful.

  What could be improved: I've encountered the same problems which have been reported by others at least 2-3 months ago, and apparently nothing was done to solve them. Please address these problems: Door codes not working or wrong, checkin can be a pain. Bathroom windows exposed so people can just watch you sitting on the toilet or taking a shower. Not all windows have drapes in the main area, again privacy is an issue. Otherwise the place is OK. (It seems a bit shady that it appears now in the app with a different name.)

  The apartment was clean and the location is really good! Very hip neighbourhood with lots of nice places.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment looks quite equipped in the photos (more like a real apartment than a hotel) and it’s not. A lot of amenities were missing, it’s impossible to prepare a meal and there are only two forks and spoons. Also, there is no place to unpack your clothes (there is more than enough space for a wardrobe or sideboard).
  
  I find the check-in time of 15:00 rather uncomfortable, especially when check out time is in the early morning. I requested an earlier check in time and I was ignored. The code locking system is practical, but I would like to be sure that I can also lock from the inside and no one can come in. It felt a bit unsafe. Overall quite expensive for what it really is, with misleading photos.
  
  Also, please fix the bathroom ventilation, the noise is absolutely horrendous.

  The flat itself is absolutely beautiful. I especially loved the huge windows and the big balconey. Location is very hip and trendy. Lots of cute little cafes and shops.
  
  What could be improved: It could use a few more amenities (tea kettle, door mat). But those are really minor complaints. Overall, it was a great experience. I would stay there again and definitely recommend it to others.

  The location is very hip and right by many nice cafes and eateries and supermarkets. The bathroom is spacious and has a heater. The amenities provided in the kitchen were very useful.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately it was quite cold and didn't get warm. The bathroom ventilation was extremely loud. I couldn't really tell whether my door was locked from the inside or not.
