  Die Unterkunft befindet sich über einer Sportschule und ist über eine Außentreppe zugänglichg. Das Gebäude und der Innenhof sind nur über zwei meist verschlossene Tore erreichbar, die mit einem Funksender zu öffnen sind.
  
  Alles ist sehr modern und funktionell eingerichtet, die Ausstattung scheint neu zu sein, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden – Spül-, Kaffee- und Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher und Backofen. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
  Das Badezimmer ist super mit ebenerdiger Dusche.
  Eine Eckcouch lädt zum gemütlichen Sitzen ein.
  Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und an den Fenstern sind Insektenschutzgitter – es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, sogar Handtücher, Spülschwamm und sonstige Kleinigkeiten waren vorhanden.
  
  Man fühlte sich wie in einer Oase, es war herrlich ruhig, aber mit direkter Verkehrsanbindung an die Innenstadt. Parken konnten wir im Hof.
  
  Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und verabschiedet.

  Sehr schönes, gemütliches, sauberes Apartment.
  Einfacher, selbstständiger Check-In und Check-Out. Bett mit harter Matratze, ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Schönes großes, bequemes Sofa.
  Badezimmer top modern mit schicker Regendusche und Waschmaschine. Überall ausreichend Steckdosen. Stellplatz inklusive auf dem Gelände.
  Tram Haltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, Kiosk, Apotheke) in der Nähe.
  Vermieter war (beim kurzen telefonischen Kontakt vor Anreise) sehr nett.
  Absolut zu Empfehlen.

  The apartment is beautiful, new and well maintained. The bathroom is fantastic and had toiletries too. For those who need it – there is a nice kitchenette. The big plus for us – there are shutters to darken the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: 1. The location – at the intersection of several streets – although it didn't bother us.
  2. There are no bedside tables and reading lamps next to the bed. We missed it a lot
