• Toller Kurzaufenthalt im Waldstraßenviertel – Simone from Germany – 24 March 2025 (9/10)

  Gefallen hat uns das Apartment, die Ausstattung, die Lage neben der Arena und eine gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Es war sehr sauber im Apartment, alles war da wie genug Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen, sogar Gewürze sind da. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, ein kleiner Balkon zum Innenhof runden das Angebot ab. Uns hat es super für ein Wochenende und dem Besuch einer Kulturveranstaltung gefallen.
  
  What could be improved: Der Parkplatz im Innenhof ist zwar da, führt aber über eine sehr enge Toreinfahrt herein, hier kommen größere PKW's an ihre Grenzen. Parkplatzsuche daher in der umliegenden Umgebung, war auch möglich.

  Die Wohnung ist super 👍 alles sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ideal. Schnell und unkompliziert in die Stadt, der Bäcker direkt nebenan 👍. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder .

• Ein wunderbarer Familienurlaub im Zentrum der Stadt – Lucia from Germany – 26 August 2024 (10/10)

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der unkomplizierten Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es waren alles vorhanden, um auch mal selbst zu kochen. Auch das Bad war wunderbar. Besonders die Dusche hat uns gefallen. Das Waldstraßenviertel ist wunderschön mit den Altbauten und den alten Platanen.
  Auch die Verkehrsanbindung ist ausgezeichnet. Man ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn in der Innenstadt und auch zu Fuß kommt man überall schnell hin. Die Red Bull Arena ist direkt ums Eck, so dass wir nach dem Spiel schnell wieder zurück im Apartment waren.

  Eine tolle, interessant geschnittene Wohnung in toller Lage. In 5 min ist man zu Fuss in der Red Bull Arena, aber auch Zoo und Innenstadt sind nicht weit.
  Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, sogar mit Bollerwagen um die Kinder zu transportieren 🙂
  
  What could be improved: Einzig die Hellhörigkeit im Haus und die nächtlichen Geräusche der angrenzenden Backstube.

  Wir sind als Gruppe vereist. Das Appartement lag super Zentral an der Arena. Mit wenigen Minuten Laufweg oder den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel super schnell in der Innenstadt. Das Appartement hat alles an Ausstattung aufgewiesen, was man für einen Städtetripp benötigt. Auch der Aufenthaltsraum war sehr praktisch um Abends oder Morgens gemütlich in den Tag zu starten oder Ihn ausklingen lassen. Der Check Inn sowie Check Out war unkompliziert. Die Kontaktmöglichkeit während dem Aufenthalt sehr unkompliziert und reibungslos. Das Appartement würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen! Preis Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar.

  Die Lage ist großartig, der Einrichtungsstil der Whg ist toll, viele Kleinigkeiten für Kinder.

  Das Apartment war sehr schön, gemütlich und sauber und die Ausstattung sehr gut. Dass dazu ein ehemaliger Laden gehört, ist charmant. Die Lage ist in einem schönen Wohnviertel und ruhig. Nebenan ist eine Bäckerei, ein kleiner Konsum ist um die Ecke. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und freundlich.
  
  What could be improved: Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten. Die Verkehrsanbindung dürfte in Zukunft wohl besser werden, da gerade die Straßenbahngleise erneuert werden; dies hat unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht getrübt.

  Everything was perfect for us with this Appartement. It is very spacious, and clean and the location was just right for us. Easy access to public transport. Comfy beds and a quiet neighbourhood – we slept well. Thanks also for organising a second key for us so quickly.
